They offer…read moreupscale boutique private charters and Air Taxi's to destinations in Idaho as well as the United States on various sizes of aircraft as an alternative to flying on a Commercial Airline. This company is top notch. They have a lounge to wait in and you can drop off your rental car at their office to be picked up at n extra charge. It is easy and seamless. My husband and I were in Boise, Idaho on business and could not find a direct flight from Boise, Idaho to Idaho, Falls. Rather then driving five hours to Idaho Falls, I contacted four Private Charter companies in Boise, Idaho, all offering similar services on similar aircraft, and selected Turbo Air, Inc. because of their professionalism, experienced pilots, background in providing air charter services to the Boise Hospitals and Forest Service and their extremely reasonable rates. By far, Turbo Air are the best priced private boutique air charter service in Boise, Idaho. We flew on a twin engine turboprop beechcraft king air 200 (the best aircraft for short flights and the favoured aircraft for corporate business travel) that comfortably seats 4 adults but can seat eight, although with more people it would not be as comfortable. We selected the King 200 because of its twin engines and long history of reliability and safety. Our pilot was Scott Curtis, a very seasoned and experienced pilot with over 13,000 flight hours. He was amazing. Timmery, the company's front office coordinator and dispatch person is experienced, knowledgeable, and prompt and can assist you in selecting the right aircraft for your needs. She is great. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Prior to flying on this private charter I had a fear of small aircraft. However, most accidents are the result of pilot error or bad judgement in flying in bad weather. Our plane was immaculate with soft comfortable leather cushions; and all of Turbo Air's pilots have to be highly skilled and meet high standards to fly for the hospitals and forestry service. The cost of our flight was reasonable and affordable when compared to the rates on most commercial airlines and rental car fees to take cars long distances. We had two flights on the private charter; from Boise, Idaho to Idaho Falls (1 hour); and from Idaho Falls to Portland, Oregon (2 hours); and we had a blast. It was worth every penny! This is an experience you must have! It was incredible.

If I could rate a zero I would! This shop will overcharge you!!! Unless you have a ton of money to…read morethrow away I would recommend avoiding this maintenance shop.... I took my Cessna 185 in for a annual which ended up costing me a small fortune.... ($8,920.08) to be exact! They found 97 aircraft discrepancies in their report! (Seriously) and I had a extensive annual done the year before! When I first took my 185 in for a quote just on the annual without any fixes I was quoted $1,200.00 which seemed fair, but then we they get ahold of your plane look out the list and hours will grow immensely! Oh and BTW the first line on my bill was base rate annual $1394.00 which I was quoted $1200.00 so line one started out on a lie then line two is $165.00 (record research) now isn't that part of the annual? It saddens me that in a small aviation community there are still shops (like this one) that truly take advantage of the customer. I'm trying to help out the Aviation community, as buyer beware to stay away from Aero Services. I will attach the 4 pages of the work order for my annual. First of all the average to install bladders is 8 to 10 hours a piece and if you look on page 3 they have 33.5 hours to install 2 bladders, they originally had 44.4 hours on my bill and we negotiated it down to 33.5 which is still excessive! Second Aero Services sent out my airbox for a complete overhaul and the take off and install for my airbox after it was completely overhauled was 11.4 hours which is extremely excessive. If you look at the entire bill everything is extremely excessive on their hours. Not once was I called into the office to be made aware of the hours that were accumulating. I spent some time and called 3 other A&P/IA's all which said this was extremely excessive. If a person doesn't question their bill it will be extremely high which is not the way aviation mechanics should handle their customers. PS...... I find it interesting that once I posted this review the owner of Aero Resources reached out to a few others to write a positive review and dog me (personally) I think this website is useful if used in the correct manner.
