All Ryan's excuses were " I'll trim your for free". I have to check the cameras kinda bull sh*t. I took my ten yr old son to his hair cut, I had tried to fix it myself and it ended up like a bowl hair cut. So Josh was very nice and talked to my son and I about what we wanted and what he could do. My son was comfortable with the barber and happy with his hair. It was blended nicely. I've been bringing my son in to Westend Barber to have his haircut with Vivi for the past 3 years and after my experience today I will no longer support this barbershop. I brought my son in for his monthly haircut with Vivi today and the owner Josh had his dog with him at the shop. The dog seemed friendly, but my daughter is terribly afraid of dogs and when the dog approached her she started crying along with another child that was there. Josh got upset as I was trying to block his dog from touching my daughter and told me that this is his shop and I can leave if I wanted in front of my kids and everyone else in the shop. I guess providing a good customer experience is no longer a priority. I've heard from friends that they didn't like the owner's attitude and I didn't see it before, but now I do. Its unfortunate this happened. I wish Vivi the best of luck dealing with a irritable owner. After reading some of the reviews on here, I guess I'm not the only one with the same feelings. read more

I've gotten a fade (starting fairly short) and Josh has produced nearly identical cuts that look great. Westend is a true barber shop. All of the barbers working here are good at what they do and very professional. I've been getting my hair cut here for about 2 years. I've also had a few shaves. Now, that's a nice experience - hot towel and all. Josh is my barber of choice at Westend. He's friendly and easy to talk to but most of all, he's a damn fine barber. I recommend making an appointment especially if you plan on going on Saturday. They have scheduling software with a link on their home page. The scheduling software is very easy to use. You just pick your barber and the day you want to go. The software then shows you the times your preferred barber is available. You can even ask for a text or email reminder. Just got an uneven $25 hair cut with a beard cut and this one guy that has beard didn't even do a good job all he did was line up the beard and didn't clean it up for an extra $15 I wish I could tell you his name but I didn't even ask because I was so mad ,would never get a haircut here again by him and both times I came here by the same barber if anything I would get an appointment but not by the same guy he sucks , one of the other barbers came to tell him he missed a spot pretty pathetic read more

Best hands down Barbershop. Josh is the guy to go to if you trying to stay fresh and not musty. He has the hands to give you the crispest line and design better than a toaster can give you. He always engaging in the haircut which I do like so he knows I'm digging the cut and always on the same page throughout the entire process.
