I am very pleased with the new company that took over. they been amazing and have even started to remodel some of the apartments as I highly recommend this complete to anyone new to the area and is looking for something affordable with great amenities. As another property manager visiting, this was very misleading and not a great sales point. Customer service is definitely the base to be successful. Customer service here is lackluster; if other people are treated this way such as residents, I'm sure this can be frustearing. Needless to say, I won't visit here again because of the initial visit and lack of care and communicatio.

After researching many apartment complexes, Dré was the first to respond and was always quick to answer all the questions I had; a reassuring quality that I would come to experience every single time there was an issue or hiccup. Dré, Chatauna and the entire team facilitated a seamless transition from beginning to end. The ease of communication, the attentive and efficient system they have in place is exceptional - and that was how it was throughout our entire stay. Our maintenance requests were always taken care of right away. If we didn't buy a house, I would have loved to live here forever. The Amesbury itself is the best complex in all of Greensboro. Plenty of parking, a gym, pool access, pet-friendly, security alarms in your apartment, washer & dryer connections, gated. It's centrally located, well-maintained and safe. Even the postman and main UPS delivery person assigned to the complex were amazing and looked out for our packages! It really is a community here and doesn't get any better. I loved our neighbors and yes, you might be able to hear some noise if you're living downstairs but this is an apartment complex, not a house; it's to be expected. From Los Angeles to Hong Kong to Greensboro, NC, this management team is en pointe. We had the best experience living here. Thank you.

If you want to be harassed and threatened by police like you're a criminal then be my guest. Fool around and find out how valued you are. If you think you're going to get my real tenant name Encore you are sadly mistaken. You know what you did and you know my rent was always paid on time and I kept to myself! Have a joyous life! Really great hidden gem in Greensboro. The apartment units are super nice and I find that the 1…read morebedroom gives you a lot of value for 1k. The pool is obviously their greatest asset. Salt water, stays open. Unfortunately some outside visitors have started abusing the hospitality of this place as they can access the pool by reaching their arms over the gate. I think a simple fob access for residents would fix this issue. Just like the gym, which is super nice! Staff is very nice and seem responsive and kind. They could make the apartment halls look nicer by painting the floors. They are a bit dirty. Also, it is close to a busy intersection (Pisgah and Elm), so traffic is a bit nuts out there and sometimes you hear loud cars zoom by. But it does give you easy access to the interstate.

Now that I have finally moved out of this place, I can give my honest review. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!…read moreMost of their "renovated apartments" are not actually renovated. They have "new" appliances, but are literally falling apart. Most countertops and cabinets are dry rotted, and you will have to get them replaced shortly after moving in. The on-site maintenance crews that this property hires are the lowest of low end. If you value any of your personal belongings, do not leave it out when they're cutting grass or "Upgrading"the property , multiple times I had sticks and debris blown at my car, leaving scratches and dents, as well as having multiple plants destroyed when they painted the balcony above mine. I had to call maintenance to fix the same problems repeatedly and don't get me started on the bugs. Beware of poison ivy growing randomly throughout the property. I had several vines/bushes of it growing next to my patio. Most of the positive reviews that you see here are from them, incentivizing people on tours, and residence to leave positive reviews for rewards/discounts. The leasing office is unresponsive and delivery services (Doordash, Amazon, ect.) have a huge issue getting your stuff to you on this property. There were multiple times that packages were either delivered to the wrong place or stolen off of someone's porch. They will also make moving out a nightmare all they care about is getting paid and will harass you about it. If you value your items and your mental health find another place to live.

Their prices are very reasonable for the size of the townhouses- they are all 2 bedroom townhouse floor plan. We didn't have many maintenance issues and we moved into a clean, fresh space. The townhouses are outdated in their style and the kitchen is rather small, but functional. Everything worked as you would hope. You get a small patio area as well which was nice to have. Our one issue was ongoing invasion of earwigs- they offer pest control and we did our own spraying but we persistently had earwigs in the downstairs. But for the affordability compared to other rentals in the area, it was a manageable issue.
