I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent .

We chose Westchester Tent and Party rental for an event we had last year. They offered a well…read morepriced package with everything we needed and all of the pricing was disclosed upfront on their website. Of course, this is very helpful considering that many companies just post a catalog of items and no pricing, and that makes it hard to compare the value. Anyway, we signed up and paid for the rental without any issues and the staff was very helpful in getting everything sorted. Day before the event, the delivery was made pretty much without issue. They did forget one of the big tables, but guaranteed us that it would arrive hours before the party started, and they did deliver on that promise. My one and only gripe with Westchester Party Rental was that the equipment we got was in HORRENDOUS condition. Every single chair we got was dirty or marked up with black and rust colored stains and the tables were deformed, rusted, banged up, and chewed up. Two people got splinters opening them up. I called twice to let them know about the crappy quality tables and chairs, but nobody was around to help. I also never got a follow up call regarding the issue either before or after our party. I guess they figured "we got paid, end of transaction". Needless to say, it was a real disappointment to get equipment that was in such poor shape, especially considering the money we paid. Would not use these guys again and would advise any potential customers to check the photos showing the garbage they gave us.

Our Condominium in Tarrytown had a rental agreement with All Party Tents for a set up in September…read more A week or so before the event we called to confirm the set up. They had trouble finding the reservation but eventually found it. During the phone call the woman on the phone company started to remember our set up (we had used them a year ago for the same set up). She said something like "oh this was a very difficult set-up- we had to bring items down two sets of stairs, etc." She then said we were being rude on the phone and proceeded to cancel our set up just like that. This put us in a very bad situation and we ended up paying 30% more to another company due to the short notice for our set up. This company was very unprofessional with us and we will never use them again. We encourage anyone looking to do business with them to look elsewhere and we say this based on our extremely poor treatment by this company as a returning customer.

Good equipment overall. The tent and the guys who erected it were great. Found them very…read moredisorganized though and surprisingly hard to coordinate with. Andrea was not that pleasant to deal with and doesn't take feedback - it's your misunderstanding and fault and not theirs, etc. even if they do something that's different than what it says on their contract. So I wouldn't work with them again but their stuff though was all top notch.
