During our recent ice storm. I want to give a shout to employees at Westbrook. They were very concerned about our safety. My husband and I are handicap. They salted the walkways, and around our front door. Helped get ice off our vehicle. Checked to see if we needed anything. We had electricity the whole time that was a big plus. We love living here. read more

My husband and I have lived here since December of 2021 and it has been absolutely wonderful! It's in a great part of town, right next to everything you could need! The staff is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and so nice it definitely has been an amazing experience. My favorite thing about the Westbrook villa apartments is how convenient it is to everything and to our jobs. read more

The apartment block I live in has been having plumbing issues for the past 6 months that have still not been fixed. The toilet will stop flushing every other day until the maintenance crew does some kind of temporary fix that only works for the day and then goes right back to being broken the next. It is ridiculous and unreasonable that the tenants have to deal with this constant problem without even being offered some kind of restitution or solution. Doubtful I'll be renewing my lease read more

Roads are littered with pot holes, my apartment had black mold in the bathroom that they would paint over and tell me they took care of it and also repeatedly said wasn't mold (it was a black mass growing on the wall, it's mold) the gym has a gangle of incomplete or run down pieces of equipment. And despite raising prices and incidents of car related theft they were never able to fix the front gate to the community, wide open almost 24/7 so do not consider the community gated. I noticed some construction going on the other day and thought I would check it out. The exterior of the buildings seemed a bit dated, but the clubhouse and office was amazing! I spoke to Rachel, who was very professional and truly seemed interested in my needs. She showed me their model apartment and I was wowed! The layout is fantastic and the upgrades are awesome. Again I don't know much about the property, but she explained that they were doing a lot of improvements and it was obvious. I have searched a lot of different apartments since coming to monroe, but Village North really seems to be trying to give residents a nice value for a low price. So as far as the apartment itself goes - I give it a 9 out of ten, the exterior still could use some different paint to bring it into this decade, but the leasing agent (Rachel) made me want to rent there even if the apartment had not been so nice!!
