I don't know if he decided my small job wasn't worth his time or he had an emergency or what happened but like I said no communication only leads to me guessing and assuming. So I drop them off and my friend comes to pick them up the next day. Goes inside. Ask the man about the wheels.... and he says yea they are outside!
