I was in Hollywood for an appointment and my idiot light was about to come on (the one that means, "Hey, idiot, you forgot to get gas!"), so I did a quick search of gas prices in the area. The majority of stations were over $2.00 a gallon, but this one was $1.95. I was certain it was an error, but it wasn't far from where I was, so I went. It was correct. The gas was $1.95, so I filled up. The property is oddly shaped, but they have ten pumps, so it was pretty quick. They have a store, which adds to the traffic, but even so, I didn't waste any time there. I was in and out quickly with a full tank of gas cheaper than any other station I could find. I was very pleased with this stop. Hopefully they'll continue to keep their prices down.

The guys were very nice & helpful. They removed the tire and pulled out the nail. Then they checked the tire for any leaks and luckily, the nail had not punctured the tire fully. They didn't charge me anything for their help, which was so nice of them. Of course I tipped them for their service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I stopped in today for a wash & wax. My usual spot was not offering waxes till Wednesday because they were too "busy", so I made my way here. I was lucky enough to pull up just as they were finishing up another car. I was told $70 for the job and agreed. Once they started the guy informed me it was cash only. Thankfully I happened to have the cash on me, but feel he definitely should have mentioned that from the very start. The guys worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely thorough. They cleaned the car from top to bottom and I even witnessed them cleaning the brakes/rims with some sort of long skinny brush that goes inside the wheel-well. I was really impressed with the detail of the cleaning. Only the wax left a little more to be desired. I felt they were skimpy with the wax and I would have liked for the car to be massaged a bit more with the wax. Like, more rubbing the wax into the paint. Now I am not a waxing expert, but that was just my feeling- especially if I'm paying $70 for it. I felt the price was reasonable, but just wanted the car's paint to be a little more pampered, which is the goal with a wax. I would return again, but it would not be my go-to spot simply because I get a better price for a wax elsewhere and the job is just as good.
