After filling my tank, I paid to use the tire air fill. It did not run for long enough…read more When I told the attendant, Larry, about this, his first response was, "I see it ran for 4 minutes" (it did not). When I told him it didn't, his next response was, "Pay another $2.50 then." I calmly told him I had already paid. Instead of helping, he escalated immediately and told me he would call the cops on me if I didn't leave. I said that was fine with me, and he then pulled out his phone and started recording me. When I said I would be filing a complaint with Chevron, he called the manager, Manny, over -- not to address the issue, but as a "witness." If this escalation suggests I was aggressive, I was definitely not. This was a massively outsized response to what I thought was a simple request related to a malfunctioning air pump. The speed of the escalation makes me think this may be a recurring issue. Based on this experience, this location does not meet a basic standard of customer service. Staff should be able to handle straightforward problems without immediately escalating to threats and recording customers.

The Shell across the street usually has competitive prices, so you may want to check both up before stopping, though most of the times, the Marathon is a couple of cents cheaper.

The guys were very nice & helpful. They removed the tire and pulled out the nail. Then they checked the tire for any leaks and luckily, the nail had not punctured the tire fully. They didn't charge me anything for their help, which was so nice of them. Of course I tipped them for their service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I stopped in today for a wash & wax. My usual spot was not offering waxes till Wednesday because they were too "busy", so I made my way here. I was lucky enough to pull up just as they were finishing up another car. I was told $70 for the job and agreed. Once they started the guy informed me it was cash only. Thankfully I happened to have the cash on me, but feel he definitely should have mentioned that from the very start. The guys worked quickly and efficiently, and were extremely thorough. They cleaned the car from top to bottom and I even witnessed them cleaning the brakes/rims with some sort of long skinny brush that goes inside the wheel-well. I was really impressed with the detail of the cleaning. Only the wax left a little more to be desired. I felt they were skimpy with the wax and I would have liked for the car to be massaged a bit more with the wax. Like, more rubbing the wax into the paint. Now I am not a waxing expert, but that was just my feeling- especially if I'm paying $70 for it. I felt the price was reasonable, but just wanted the car's paint to be a little more pampered, which is the goal with a wax. I would return again, but it would not be my go-to spot simply because I get a better price for a wax elsewhere and the job is just as good.

Esta mañana este lugar estaba lleno de gente y los precios de la gasolina son razonables.

But the question is, the savings worth it when you have to burn a bunch of gas to save some money per gallon?? People are funny about gas prices. It irks some people when they pay too much. But, overall, I think this is the least of our problems. Alright back to the gas at BJ's. The hose is long enough so you don't have to park on a certain side for your tank. Great. I guess you can save some money if it is worth it to you. I would rather save my time than a couple dollars. But he drives a big truck so maybe he has a point??? When i called since my mother is an older woman they asked why am I even calling for her if it has nothing to with me and said that they're only willing to fix it if she comes in to get her brakes changed! Why should she have to pay for another service just to fix a separate issue that THEY messed up on!?!? Not to mention he told her it was safe to drive with only 3 when that's FARRRR from true it's very dangerous! The man on the phone doesn't let you speak and loves to talk over you but when you're already fired up he says " With that attitude we're not fixing nothing"! These people are good for nothing and over charge I definitely wouldn't recommend. These people are money hungry and lack accountability don't waste your time and hard earned money here!
