He listened to my son who is only 10 and treated him with the same respect as he did me. After understanding what he wanted Nate shared with us it would have to be ordered. He did everything right there with us. He ordered the bat and discussed all the warranty options and how to handle if we had any issues. I was very impressed. My son was so happy when it arrived only a couple days later. Nate was professional and knowledgeable about so much more too. Instead, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, not a single employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or offered assistance. We spent a significant amount of time walking through roughly 30 campers completely on our own in 94-degree heat. Many of the units were filthy, poorly maintained, and several had obvious broken or missing parts. After looking through the campers, we went inside and still received absolutely no acknowledgment from the sales staff or management. No greeting. No offer to answer questions. No offer of water despite the extreme heat. Nothing. The manager didn't even bother to look up. The only reason we had any interaction with a salesperson, Vlad, was because a camper had been parked in front of our vehicle, preventing us from leaving, and we had to ask when it would be moved. I cannot understand how a dealership expects to sell RVs while completely ignoring customers who are ready and willing to buy. I arrived excited to make a purchase and left shocked by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and overall condition of the inventory. This dealership lost a serious buyer today, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
