Their price was good too. Since then, I have had them work on some plumbing issues at our house. Their prices are much better than the competition's. I know because I procrastinated on one issue when another plumber gave me a very high estimate on replacing a part. I'm so glad I called Labella out to look at it: we were able to fix two long-standing issues for less than the other company's estimate for that one repair alone, and everything has been working flawlessly since.

Mike came, and actually spent some time , looking up info on the model and found that it took 2 - 40 amp breakers and one double breaker (which was unlabeled) was tripped/malfunctioning... Long story short, $225. He could have easily sold me a new water heater, but he did the right thing., I'll never call anyone else, he is honest and if he does not know, he finds out. I finally determined why my dryer was not behaving properly, and it was time to take care of my…read moreclogged up dryer vent system. Yelp guided me to several options to consider for service, and upon reading many reviews, I decided to contact Safe Dryers. I contacted them rather late on a Friday afternoon, but they promptly texted me back, and got me on their calendar. Saul and his colleague arrived at the scheduled time, and got to work. They vacuumed out a pile of lint, and exclaimed at the amount in such a short dryer vent :). They measured the airflow, and explained to me what the ideal airflow is, what mine was at the start, and what it is now. They answered every question that I had about the state of the system and how I should maintain it going forward. They were efficient and cordial. What else can I expect? I'd like to point out that Safe Dryers wasn't the first company I called. The company, which was referred by my appliance repair folks, wanted to come to "inspect" my system for a low fee, and then "assess" what needed to be done and provide an estimate on site. When I asked how much it would cost to clean the vent, which I knew needed to be done, this other company would not answer that question. They insisted on a $69 visit to provide that assessment and cost. Safe Dryers had a simple answer--$169 for a ground level vent, $259 for something 10' off the ground or more. I'm sure if Saul and his team found something amiss while they were here, they would have told me about it, but all I needed was that vent cleaning, and that is what I got. A bargain at $169. Bada-Bing, Bada-Boom. Thank you, Safe Dryers!

They couldn't troubleshoot because the error code was not present when they visited. However, I had told them the error code was not present when I called, so I don't understand why they didn't say "call us back when the error code comes back". Also, I told them the brand of boiler when I called, and they sent a technician who had never worked on this brand before. The technician felt bad that he was charging me for nothing and tried to get the trip charge waived, but the Precise office said no. So they get two stars instead of one because the tech was trying to make up for his company's poor policy.

My first experience with ACC was in the middle of July when my A/C started to go out. They came over the same day of my phone call and pinpointed the issue. They ordered and installed a new evaporator unit 3 days from then and did a clean job getting me back up and running. Did a little research and found Impact online and called for help as they are a certified Carrier dealer and service provider with great reviews. I first interacted Sarah and Jessica at the office and they were wonderful. They helped me get an appointment ASAP which is never easy in the summer months, and scheduled us with Danny, our current and forever service technician. Danny is super knowledgeable and treated both my wife and I respectfully and honesty. Carrier itself had no idea how to fix it when he called them, so Danny dug his heels in, did some research and figured it out, talking us through each step of his diagnostic process and making his best recommendation on how to fix our air conditioner. Sarah and Jessica also stayed in touch with us every step of the way regarding scheduling. They called me before I had to call them about a part that was taking a little longer than expected and kept me up to date. Their customer service was absolutely gold standard. Together, they all fixed a problem that it didn't seem like anyone else could. All for a price that made me smile as much as any one person can before parting with money. All this to say, call them. They're the best.
