Self-check-in kiosk, scan your drivers license and your insurance information, system places you in-line with other walk-in customers. Hour wait sometimes while you watch people with appointments take precedence over you and just when you think you're gonna be next two more appointments walk-in, and to the end of the line you go again. Also the phlebotomists appear to hold back serving walk-in customers when an appointment is scheduled in10-15 minutes making the wait time even longer.

Today I had an MRI done and needless to say I was very nervous because of being in a confined area…read more I was in a lot of pain and had a hard time standing. Brandon was t h e the tech performing this and was very patient, pleasant and accommodating. After speaking with him I felt I didn't need medication to relax and the process was uneventful. It was so nice to have this gentleman do the MRI. I also had other xrays done and the workers were so accommodating and caring especially since I was experiencing pain. The worker are great employees and highly recommend this location.

The lack of empathy and compassion from an employee my family has received is disturbing. I contacted the scheduling line to help schedule a STAT imaging and Robert answered with the worst attitude. Extremely unhelpful in terms of answering questions and really didn't care to help navigate this very challenging process. The first thing I told him was I understand that they are probably swamped and that I appreciate his time, and he was just completely dry and short with me. In my case I called on behalf of someone, but I can't imagine how patients feel when they call directly. The only helpful person we've encountered there so far was Mel. Thank you Mel for being kind and taking the time to explain to the best of your ability.

You could tell she was under pressure, but she stayed happy, friendly, calm, and professional the entire time. I had an appointment and was worried I might not make it to my client's house by 9 AM. I even asked if I could come back later if the wait got too long, and she kindly said yes, of course. I decided to stay and let my client know I might be 5-10 minutes late. But Brianne worked so efficiently that she got me out of there with enough time to make it exactly by 9. It's rare to see someone handle stress that well while still making people feel comfortable and cared for. They asked for my insurance and ID and called me right away to get some labs done. The two ladies who ran my lab work were nice. Everything was quick and they sent my results in right away to my Dr. The reason how I know they sent them right away was because my Dr's office called me with my results not long after getting it done. I was very pleased of how quick their service was!
