Self-check-in kiosk, scan your drivers license and your insurance information, system places you in-line with other walk-in customers. Hour wait sometimes while you watch people with appointments take precedence over you and just when you think you're gonna be next two more appointments walk-in, and to the end of the line you go again. Also the phlebotomists appear to hold back serving walk-in customers when an appointment is scheduled in10-15 minutes making the wait time even longer.

Well because I think you have an appointment, I was treated like the redheaded unwanted stepchild. Not cool. My doctor emphasized that when I got the x-ray done, I did not have to have an appointment. When I called I was told I did not have to have an appointment. When I showed up, again, I did not have to have an appointment. So imagine my display when I come in here and I'm told that because I don't have an appointment I'm gonna keep getting sent to the back of the line. That's just wrong. I'll understand that because I have appointments need to be seen as a priority. People have walked in, still need to be seen. EDIT: The Tech took me back to take care of my x-ray. He was awesome! My doctor requested I have some blood work done so I was dreading the day I had to come to this place. This was my first time having blood drawn at this location and I must say I will ALWAYS come back here if I ever need blood drawn again. Hands down the best experience I could have ever had. I contemplated even showing up but I'm so glad I did. I showed up at 7:30 am on a Wednesday. I signed in on the iPad at the front desk and there was only one person in the waiting room. Within 3 minutes they called my name and took me in the back. I told the lady that I prefer not to watch or even discuss anything. I just wanted it over with. She was very understanding and began the process right away. Less than 2 minutes later she said I was done. I felt a little warm so she let me sit for a few minutes and take some deep breathes. Once I left the office I felt totally fine and went on about my day :) I just want to add that I have no bruising and the needle prick was painless. I highly recommend this place!!

You could tell she was under pressure, but she stayed happy, friendly, calm, and professional the entire time. I had an appointment and was worried I might not make it to my client's house by 9 AM. I even asked if I could come back later if the wait got too long, and she kindly said yes, of course. I decided to stay and let my client know I might be 5-10 minutes late. But Brianne worked so efficiently that she got me out of there with enough time to make it exactly by 9. It's rare to see someone handle stress that well while still making people feel comfortable and cared for. Great employee, great experience, and I would absolutely recommend this Labcorp location because of her.

I have to say this was the best place for me to get lab done. I didn't need an appointment…read more. What!?! Just walked right in and no wait time.. They asked for my insurance and ID and called me right away to get some labs done. The two ladies who ran my lab work were nice. Everything was quick and they sent my results in right away to my Dr. The reason how I know they sent them right away was because my Dr's office called me with my results not long after getting it done. I was very pleased of how quick their service was!
