The blow out did damage to our coach wiring and exhaust system. They got the wiring taped up and did surgery on the exhaust system so we could be on our way. They followed us a ways to make sure we were okay. As we continued we broke down again and Charles talked us through some trouble shooting going on with our Motorhome. As we were closer to Santa Rosa at this point he referred us to Ortega Towing and said if they can't get us towed he and Mike would come get us. Ortega helped us but Charles would check in to make sure we were okay. We can't thank Wagon Wheel; Charles and Mike enough for helping us on our travels. If you have car problems you can't go wrong calling Wagon Wheel. They truly care and again Thank You for being there Charles & Mike! Highly recommend.

My nephew traveling alone had a blowout on his way to AZ from OH ... Wagon Wheel was w/in 15miles…read moreso we thought better to stop there than try to make 60-ish miles to his hotel on a sketchy donut & very little btwn if tire didn't hold up. Their website shows open until 5:30p but I called & was informed they really close at 5p but they would try to wait. Unfortunately he got caught behind a semi going 30mph & it took him longer than it should've to arrive. Long story shortened they waited & the tire was changed and for that I give them thanks. They however aggressively yelled at him to "Hurry his ass up..." as if the event in general wasn't stressful enough he was verbally attacked for things out of his control. AND they charged him $124 for a USED tire ... he drives an inexpensive car ... they completely took advantage of a desperate situation. Stay classy Wagon Wheel & keep your fingers crossed a Discount Tire doesn't pop up on the I-40 w/in reasonable distance from your location because w/ that behavior coupled w/ an unfamiliar brand name & a loving Aunt willing to write a factual review might just entice others to risk it & depend on whats left of their "wagon wheels" & keep roll'n on past u.

Truck drivers, especially small fleets, please, beware of this repair shop!…read more 2nd to None Service takes full advantage of their remote NM location and can unfortunately do a lot of damage to your bottom line. It's great to read positive media coverage about the owners, but the media has failed to paint the whole picture of why they are successful. Has your truck broken down nearby? Their towing service is cheaper than the competition, but they charge unbelievably astronomical prices for their repair work (and parts) once they have you at the shop (where you have no other choice but to accept their rates).

My daughter and I ran into some car trouble on our cross country trip from Atlanta to Los Angeles…read more We went to 2nd to None because of the great yelp reviews. It was a bit longer off the highway than I thought it would be. I think my navigator took me off the wrong exit at first cause when we left it was much closer to the get back on the road. The people in the front office and the repair guys were very nice. They have this German Shepard in the office that is very shy but seems sweet enough. Our check engine light was on. At first they said it would take until the next day to get it fixed. I told them we couldn't stay in this town. They said they would do what they could to get us back on the road. And they did! In a few hours we were back on our way to LA. They even called a few days later to check on us, mailed a thank you postcard to thank us for or service and sent us an email. Now however, they are sending emails weekly or biweekly. If you don't like a lot of junk emails, don't provide your email.

On June 7, 2017, on the advice of a mechanic, I took my 94 Chevy pick up to Walker Radiator,…read morelocated at 1220 Juan Tabo N.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico because the freon had leaked out to the air conditioning system. An employee there tested the system and told me the freon on leak was in one of the fittings. He charged me $202.82 to fix the problem. However, within a weak, all the freon had leaked out again. So, I returned to Walker Radiator and told the employee the freon had leaked out. The employee told me he could fix it (again) but would charged me more money. I refused to pay Walker Radiator any more money and took my truck to another mechanic who told me the air conditioner compressor was defective and replaced it. In April of 2020, I turned on my truck's AC and no cool air was coming out the vents. I assumed the freon had leaked out again. So, on the advice of the mechanic who had replaced the compressor, I went to Walker Radiator again to determine where the leak was. An employee of Walker Radiator checked the system, and told me the compressor was bad and he would replace it for $250, or replace the entire AC system for $700 or $800. So, I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another mechanic who tested my trucks AC system and assured me the compressor was NOT DEFECTIVE!!!. He replaced two O rings and recharged the AC system with freon. It has been working fine since that repair. So, in 2017 Walker Radiator charged me over $200 for repairs that did not fix the problem. Then in 2020 they tried to get me to pay them $250 to replace a compressor that didn't need replaced. I would definitely not recommend Walker Radiator.

Everyone said it would cost between $2200-7000 to repair. That is quite a price range. Jay at No Worries Auto Repair advised to first just bring it in and do a full synthetic oil change and see if that might help before spending that kind of money. He also stated that the fluttering might not get worse and the vehicle could be driven for quite some time or it might require the timing chain repair quickly. All vehicles were different. I appreciated his total honesty! I didn't feel the other shops relayed the total picture to me. I had him do the synthetic oil change and am currently driving the truck. Thank you Jay. I'll be back. Uptown towing was able to come to my home and hook up to the truck in our driveway. The person who answered the initial call was the driver and owner. He was pleasant and efficient able to come by in a few hours. If you don't need emergency roadside service the price gets more reasonable. The driver showed up and efficiently connected to our beloved truck with great care and expertise. As I'm writing this he dropped the vehicle in the designated spot and left the keys with the service advisor. All in all a very good experience all for $80 plus tax. This in my opinion is a service I'd trust to rescue my wife roadside. Great efficient service with up front pricing makes Uptown towing a no brainer for future towing needs.
