I scheduled my appointment and waited one month for one of their mobile technicians to meet me in Alpine. They made a courtesy call to remind me of my appointment. I drove an hour and a half only to discover that the technician did not have adequate supplies for installation. He made a short trip to get needed supply for another tech in town. We went to breakfast. When we returned the tech gave us the unfortunate news that the windshield for my car was the wrong size. He called FtSt and they did not have correct windshield. We made the 100 mile roundtrip for nothing. they had enough time to get correct parts, etc. but they could not manage. read more

We have used this company exclusively to install our wind shield into our trucks and there for a time they were johnny on the spot but here as of late its one excuse after another as to why they cant make it out not even so much as a phone call. The last straw was when i ordered a new wind shield for the bosses truck lots of lead time got on there schedule no issues 4:30 on Friday i had to call them and find out if the install tech was on his way just to find out that once again they over booked and had some lame excuse as to why they couldn't make it. We are a DOT compliant company busted wind shields are a direct violation of the DOT regulations and cost our company money and hurt our safety score there for we cant tolerate lame excuses and missed appointments. read more
