My wife took her car through a few days ago and the same thing happened, the back didn't get washed. The price to get a wash here is about twice what the downtown washes are. And now they don't do near as good a job. I won't be back.

this is the worst car wash that I have ever been to. I pull up and the gentleman walks over to…read more"assist" me by sliding my card ? I asked him if the vacuums were free to use since I'm purchasing a car wash, and he responds "ain't nothin' free in this world". I said "I understand this, but I'm purchasing a car wash", and he responds "IT TAKES QUARTERS". So I go ahead with the wash (the Elite for around $13). Not only did it not do a good job with the wash, the air dryers were on long enough to dry half of my truck. Then I put my quarters in for the vacuum, and it was only on long enough to vacuum the backseat floor of the truck, and the front passenger floorboard before it stopped. Out of 10stars, I'd give the place a half star

We've used them twice for auto detailing, once for a Honda Odyssey & once for a Volvo XC70 wagon…read more We only had the van interior done, & they did a good job. We had them detail the inside & outside of the wagon. It was quite rough when we brought it in, but came out looking like a new car! They somehow managed to get out all the dirt that seemingly was infused into the back seat leather from our kids' days in car seats! Not sure how pricing compares to other detailers, after all detailing is expensive, but this is one of the few places that will steam the carpets & mats, so to me they are worth the cost. They do such a good job I think it would be worth dropping a few hundred on the inside/outside detailing if you are going to sell your car.

I brought it back to have the issues addressed, but after picking it up, I discovered debris trapped underneath the passenger-side tint as well. I had to make multiple trips from Huber Heights to Troy to address these issues and ultimately had the passenger window redone at the Poe Avenue location. While the issue was eventually corrected, customer service did not provide any compensation for the repeated issues, inconvenience, or multiple trips required to get the installation done correctly. Hopefully, the company can improve its quality control and customer service when issues like this occur.

Not only did they fix my flat and had to fit me into their busy schedule but they didn't even charge me. I can't thank Joey and his wonderful team of techs enough. I have to say as I wanted for my car to be done I witnessed Joey with other customers and each and every one of them was treated with such kindness and he truly is genuine. 100% amazing!!! Gina

I'm particular about my trucks. Regular cab, 4WD, not white, standard box. After stopping in Arbogast a couple times and not hearing from them I started looking on my own. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.
