My wife took her car through a few days ago and the same thing happened, the back didn't get washed. The price to get a wash here is about twice what the downtown washes are. And now they don't do near as good a job. I won't be back.

Terrible workmanship and very dishonest. The person at the counter told me that if I would get the…read morerust protection in addition to the window that I was getting re-tinted, he would have my car detailed for me. They then refused to detail it. He claimed he never said that. I had a bubble in my original back window tint from the Sun. I wanted the back window tint removed and replaced. The rep told me that I had to sign a waiver stating that, even though they used chemicals and a hot air gun to remove old tint, there was a chance that a small portion might not come off and would have to be scraped. There was a chance that that may damage the defroster. I asked him what are the chances that that would happen? He said the guy that was doing my job and 25 years of experience and it was extremely rare to cut through the defroster circuit. Based on his claim of "extremely rare", I signed the waiver. They scraped away nearly my entire defroster and antenna. Picture attached. I presented the window issue to two experienced tinting companies. They were aghast. Both said that they guaranteed that job had I done it with either of them, with no waiver. They said there are chemicals to remove old tint and you never, ever use a razor blade near a window defroster. It cost me $667 to get the window replaced so I can have a working defroster and antenna again. And another $139 to get it re-tinted. I can't find my bill right now but I think I spent over $800 with Ziebart that day. It cost me $806 to correct their terrible workmanship.

This time after having a semi truck hit our truck I was more than willing to allow them to fix it and they were my first choice..However, after having a very initial rude first encounter, followed by miscommunication between my insurance company and myself and trying to get it straightened out. Then speaking to another person in the office and her basically telling me that she didn't understand what I didn't understand after asking a question. I called my insurance company and told them I was taking my truck somewhere else. I am very saddened by the lack of customer service. It is apparent that they have enough work and won't need my business but I truly couldn't believe the way the talk to people. Not everyone is familiar with the way things work in this type of industry and while your not always helping people customer service would have gone a long way.

Coincidentally I was on my way to the Mercedes dealership for a appointment when driving down 75 I ran over a nail. My tire quickly was going flat I took the next exit and pulled into Dave Arbodast Buick. I was met by the sweetest older gentleman who quickly bought me in and handed me over to Joey. Not only did they fix my flat and had to fit me into their busy schedule but they didn't even charge me. I can't thank Joey and his wonderful team of techs enough. I have to say as I wanted for my car to be done I witnessed Joey with other customers and each and every one of them was treated with such kindness and he truly is genuine. 100% amazing!!! Gina

I'm particular about my trucks. Regular cab, 4WD, not white, standard box. After stopping in Arbogast a couple times and not hearing from them I started looking on my own. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.
