Every other room is hot, air is thick and humid. Literally the LAST THING anyone wants in a gym. Not to mention this location charged me 2 different enrollment fees. When I emailed them about it, they told me they couldn't see the charge.... Yea, lots to improve here. Can't bring guests after staff is gone, or on weekends even if you pay to have it. I did and had dead skin floating all around. I got out and it was all over me and my clothes. I brought this up with management and was told I used the wrong pool.. 2 pools are dirty and full of dead skin and floating hair. The 3rd pool is down for maintenance... The staff gives you free reign to do whatever you like on the equipment, and I always get a great workout in while I'm there. Besides the open gym, the gymnastics teams (men's and women's) are amazing. These kids look like future olympians! If you're looking for a great place for your child to learn gymnastics, this is the the place. The coaches are top notch (two are former Olympians!) and the facilities have everything you need to learn all the tricks of the trade. I was a Y member for 10 years and this was probably my 2nd fave Houston area location after downtown. It did get busy during rush hour, but what doesn't. However, their prices shot up during COVID, they started limiting workouts and that lasted for ages, and became extremely shady with their finances. They still owe us $500 for all the money they charged us after we canceled, but the joke is on them, because I tell everyone their shady practices and they've probably lost a lot more than 500 in dues from me and a lot more than 50,000 in dues from the people I've told the honest truth to. The gym is clean and works well, though.

So I had to create one. This is a black owned business. It's a female-only member gym with multi classes throughout the day. I think they do privates and small group sessions as well. They also do lots of challenges, with prizes. The class was soo hard, but I'm a beginner at this. They had a dj, so it was great music. Forewarning, you will likely be filmed at some point during a class, they have a cameraperson sometimes multi people getting content. It's for their social media. Talk to Reggie the owner!
