West Mill Smiles is the best. I have been a patient for over a year now. Most recently I had an emergency with a tooth that needed a crown. They quickly fit me into their schedule. The process for making a crown is awesome. There is the normal drilling to get the tooth ready, but they have a way to make the crown in the office while you wait. It is fantastic. I was able to walk out 90 minutes later with my tooth repaired and feeling better. read more

I had the best experience at this office I broke my tooth and my dentist wasn't able to see me. She referred me to Dr Jennifer Lee. I called the office and they were closed. I called their emergency line and Dr Lee called me within five minutes and scheduled me for the next day. Dr Lee and her staff were very professional and welcoming. I felt safe with their office COVID protocol. I had no concerns at all for my safety. As I was leaving I told them all that this was the best time I ever had at a dentist office. I am terrible about going to the Dentist (I'm a big fraidy cat). Luckily for me I have healthy teeth. No Dental insurance is another factor. I decided to try West Mill on a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I did! I saw Dr. Brad and was set up with the in house payment plan. Because I am older, and haven't been in so long I was given a complete comprehensive exam. I was anxious at first, but they were so kind and patient with me. I haven't had a cleaning in years and expected to leave there with a very sore mouth, (past experience was like that at other various Dentist offices). I didn't experience any discomfort whatsoever!!! I finally found a Dentist office that I will stick with. My husband and two sons also went and had great experiences as well! I am a patient at West Mill Smiles and couldn't be happy with them. Dr. Lee is super sweet and gentle. Dental work and mouth pain make me extremely anxious but they handle it so well! I didn't even feel the novacaine shot. The staff is great as well. Weather you are an anxious patient or not, you will get the best care here. The office is also very modern and beautiful which made me feel like they probably spend money on the latest technologies in dentistry. read more
