My daughter is outgoing, well spoken, and friendly. However, of course a practitioner forcing their way into her mouth with no warning would be alarming!) ***The folks here in Millis worked with my child, made sure she was comfortable, repeatedly told her she was doing a great job, and let her do things like feel their gloves and masks with her fingers before going into her mouth. At our recent cleaning visit we did X-rays and was told that our child had 4 cavities AND needed a crown!! Now she brushes her own teeth and prob doesn't do the best job but this seemed a little excessive so I brought her to my own dentist for a second opinion. When I showed him the X-rays he didn't see anything that needed a crown.... When I pointed it out he said "oh that's a filling.... Maybe she isn't comfortable with fillings so she prefers crowns but I would definitely do a filling there..." then I ask about the 4 others and he said he only saw one other spot that we could either watch and wait or do a small filling now.... Otherwise it was just the shading!! We will be doing the filling with him and then finding a new pediatric dentist! Dr Connors was always great but this new company is in my opinion sketchy. She said: "You don't really need to understand, I am the Doctor, that's why I went to school." I felt that was very unacceptable for a Doctor to say to any parent, but decided to just stay put. Thinking maybe she had a bad day or something. The following week I came with my Son for the treatment, Dr. Connor never once tried to make any conversation or even greeted us during the visit. The whole time we were there she was busy gossiping with her assistant while doing the treatment and completely ignored us. She never explain the treatment to me, I was so surprised to see dark color filling was used. My Son felt the numbness from the anesthetic for the rest of the day (more than 9 hours), he bit his lips to the point that it was bleeding and badly swollen. After reading multiple similar experiences from other people in FB, I decided to move all my three kids from there.

I get there at 8:15 and office was closed. I called and they said I was at wrong office again email conform I was not. I drove extra 20 mins and got there. The Dentis himself was very nice and look at my daughter and made a plan for end of Feb. The dentist said need a physical 30days before she went under. I called got an apt early in month which was fine. The Dentist said just needed to bring paperwork with me day of apt. I then get an email saying my apt was on monday Feb 23 I told then that apt was Tues 24. Then got a text saying apt was at 12pm on 24th the Dentist told me I would not get tiĺl day before the apt. Then I get an email saying they need the information from the Doctor office. Thank God I made an early apt because Dentist himself told me not to do tell middle of month and know saying if dont have paperwork tomorrow they will cancel my daughter apt. This offer so bad. I will never go back. I am kinda scared to even have them touch my daughters month.

I went in for a teeth cleaning in September, and much to my dismay 3 cavities were found. Apparently the 'new to me' charcoal toothpaste contained zero fluoride. After the cleaning 2-3 appointments were scheduled to take care of the cavities. To make things worse, I broke my front tooth a couple weeks before the first appointment to take care of the cavities. So I go in for the cavities, and now a busted front tooth. I left that appointment with all my cavities filled and my front tooth nicely repaired. However, Medfield Dental wouldn't give me an appointment for a crown. They wanted me to make an appointment for an evaluation of my teeth first, and after the evaluation, they would give me a crown appointment. But wouldn't tell me when they would do the crown (s). I contacted Foxboro Dental and they immediately gave me 2 crown appointments (2 & 3 weeks out) without any need for other prior work and charges. I highly recommend Foxboro Dental in Foxboro, MA.
