I have been going to this practice since I was in grade school (I'm in my 30s now) back when it was owned by Dr. Levine. I love Dr. Pimentel because he is down to earth, smart and a good doctor. A few months ago I felt awful and thought I had the flu. I walked in at 7am and begged to be seen. I got worked in within 30 minutes and promptly got a flu test to confirm that I did in fact have the flu. The nurse was sweet and turned down the lights in my exam room because my head was pounding, her idea! I got my tamiflu pills and felt better the next day. It is rare to get worked in so quickly and I really appreciated that. I've seen the guy dozens of times over the last 10+ years and I'm sure I have been a difficult patient at times but I love him and will keep coming back. My mom, stepdad, and husband also see him and love their experiences. They have long hours (like 7-7 on some days) so getting in around my work schedule is easy. My only complaint is the PAs, which I prefer not to see, but I always have the choice to see Dr. Pimentel so I am pleased. TIP: The wait can be long as expected in a busy practice so it's best to get the first or last appointment of the day. read more
