He asked me questions about my experience and my goals. He even encouraged me to test ride a couple which helped me narrow down which one worked for me. He rides a lot himself and pointed out the pros and cons for me with each bike. He was paying attention to how I got on the bike, and listening to me, suggesting I might do better with another bike because of my abilities and age. I could not have asked for better guidance. I'm excited i chose REI to make this purchase. And they have a great bike repair shop in the store that i will probably need at some point for tune ups. Thank you Neil and thank you REI!

Just discovered this REI which recently opened 3 weeks ago…read more Nice to see a well-stocked camping and hiking store in the heart of Tallahassee off Thomasville road. I was pleasantly surprised to see running shoes such as Hoka and this REI even had Hoka hiking boots. They had a nice selection of co-op items in the back left of the store. Customer service was pretty amazing as we had at least 3 people help us around the store . I think this location should do well once customers find out about them. With the large space and plenty of parking without a business next door .It should be fairly easy to find some amazing items for outdoor activities to keep you healthy over the holidays.

All the staff were friendly and made the process super easy and smooth from start to finish. I expected the inside of the store to feel a little cluttered because of the nature of used sports gear, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well organized it was. It was very easy to browse each section. I highly recommend Play It Again Sports if you're looking to sell or trade in gear, or just want affordable equipment in great condition. I'll definitely be back.

I use this stones store over the other local stones locations because they always have what you…read moreneed or will get something you use on a regular. The store manager is straight forward and blunt at times but with the way people are now a days, can you blame him? He's not rude or disrespectful, he just runs a tight ship and holds his crew to a higher expectation. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by one of the employees asking if I need help finding anything but not in the way they feel like they HAVE to ask but because they genuinely want to help. I saw a few comments from others saying that they are over priced and I would agree but being the only hardware store in a small town just around the corner gives you that advantage and to be fair, they've been there much longer than I can remember. So they are doing something right. I'd consider this store more of an emergency supply to small project store, if you use them as supplier for say, building an addition or even a full house that could be on the pricy side but they do deliver materials at an extremely competitive rate so remember, get a quote on lumber. if you don't like the price, don't be a Karen and try to ruin a local company just because you don't agree with small insignificant things that don't matter. now if the location was absolutely in need of repairs and cleaning I'd post that but just because you may not like how the crew is or the pricing, that is yours to deal with because like myself, and a lot of other locals, we appreciate our local businesses and they have proved that they deserve our Business.
