After trying (unsuccessfully) to get some friends' real estate agents to respond to my…read morerepresentation requests, my mortgage broker referred me to Gina. And let me tell you - I am SO, SO, SO happy that my friends' leads never panned out. Gina was nothing short of phenomenal! Not only is she a lot of fun to spend time with, she's from Denver and is super-knowledgeable about any neighborhood you'd want to search in. I've lived in Denver for 12 years and never really even thought to look for homes in the neighborhood I ended up buying in (Sloan's Lake). Gina really listened to my desires when it came to the type of home I wanted and was both consultative and relentless in helping me get the house of my dreams in a neighborhood that I really wouldn't have considered before her thoughtful input. She didn't even balk at the 18 (!!) houses I had on my list of "must-see's" for one single Sunday afternoon... she got on the horn, scheduled the showings, and got me into every single one! I had owned a home before, but as I inherited that mortgage in a marriage I had never been through the actual searching, buying and closing processes before by myself. Gina walked me through every single step of each process and provided true guidance whenever I asked for it. We lost the first home I wanted to an all-cash offer (because sadly, I just didn't have a half-million dollars in cash lying around), but she encouraged me to pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back in the game. I'm so glad I took her advice, because I ended up truly finding (and buying!) the home of my dreams the very next week. I really can't recommend Gina highly enough - five stars seems pretty insufficient for the time and advice she gave me throughout my homebuying process. I'll hopefully stay in my home for a few years, but when it comes time to move on to something bigger I won't even search for another agent - she'll be the only one on my list. THANK YOU, GINA! I'm so ridiculously happy in my new home!

Bottom line- I can't imagine having a more positive, friendly experience. I highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking to buy in this stressful Colorado market!

If she…read moredidn't find me the perfect house so fast, I would have had more free time to do things like this! :) In all seriousness, I can't say enough about Deb and her team at Denver Boulder Real Estate. They worked diligently in trying to locate the houses that fit my criteria. I am a first time home buyer and didn't know what I wanted exactly, but that didn't stop Deb from showing me some fantastic places. She listed to my "wish list" and then used her experience and knowledge of Denver to help me look at locations and homes. On our first full day of looking at houses (I believe Deb lined up 12 to look at), I spotted the house I wanted, and with Deb's help, we made and offer and got it! We even closed a week early so that my family could move in earlier. My first tour of houses, first offer on a house, closed on it in 3 weeks, and under the asking price! It was a whirlwind experience, and when I tell people how fast it all happened, they are amazed (from the time I meet Deb to having the house keys in my hands took less than 6 weeks!). This is largely due to the Deb and her team. Even when the Seller's team screwed some minor things up, Deb was on the phone or sending emails immediately to get them corrected. They are awesome! Again, this was my first home purchase, so I really don't have any personal experiences to compare this to, but I'm pretty sure I hit the jackpot when I walked into Denver Boulder Real Estate and found Deb. I have recommended her to several friends already, and I will continue to in the future. When I go to sell, she will be the first person I call. I've said it several times already, but again, Thank you Deb for the wonderful job in finding us the home that we love...and still love! We still haven't had the house warming party/cookout, but it's coming soon with this cool weather. Jules says hi!

So when I personally needed real estate services in purchasing a home I sought out one the most experienced ones that stayed in my memory: Catherine. You will probably not find a bad review on her about her real estate professionalism. I sought her help when another agent had dropped the ball and ALMOST cost me the purchase of my home. LUCKILY, I had Catherine to assist me and QUICKLY get the transaction back on track and the home is now under contract again! :) Her responses were detailed and fully informative. Many of her answers came at ALL hours of the day.. showing that she went out of her way promptly serve me as she would for any client. I have no reservations recommending Catherine not only as a professional consumer advocate, but also my personal experience has found to be true: She is Tops. Another 5 star review! Emily Hayduk is, hands down, the best Realtor in the D-Town area (in my ever so humble opinion)…read more I started my house hunt about a year ago and, although I had not a single clue what I was in for, Emily was always very patient, professional, and not the least bit pushy. The listings she sent were always what I'd asked for, and she was always available within 24 hours for a showing. I ran into a lot of other Realtors during my quest for the perfect home who just seemed desperate to make a sale, but Emily made sure I took my time to find a house that I loved and that fit my budget - and she never tried to B.S. me or try to convince me to buy something I wasn't into. Even when it came down to going under contract and getting into the insanity of mountains of paperwork and logistics, Emily was there to talk me off the ledge and make sure I knew exactly what was going on. She was always quick to let me know of any changes in the process, and was flawless at communicating with everyone (including the almost impossibly difficult-to-work-with Realtor for the seller). Overall, I would highly recommend Emily whether you're buying, selling, a first-time buyer (like I was), or have been through this several times (like some of my friends to whom I've referred Emily). She'll help make sure the stressful process of buying a house is as pain-free and worry-free as it can get.

When I learn…read moreanyone is in the market or wants to list a home I instantly provide the contact information for their team. They are so kind and easy going with a no pressure approach. Our entire buying process was so effortless and smooth. My husband and I planned to house shop in spring of 2020, however one evening right before Christmas 2019 we found a house on Zillow that caught our eye. We both said why not and wanted to take a look at it. We had not found a realtor yet neither been pre-approved as we planned to wait for spring. After doing some quick research on skilled realtors in the property area we came across the Hakimi team's outstanding references. I made a contact request and within no time, minutes really, David reached out and made arrangements to view the property the following day. We met and instantly felt comfortable and in good hands with David. His experience in both the selling side and knowledge of the financial side helped gear us in the right direction to start our pre-approval process with great lenders and begin our home search. As he learned about us and our likes he tailored and provided us with links to similar homes to expand our search in the area we wanted. This is part of the services they provide and it is extremely helpful! He pointed out exceptional details even what could be potential issues within homes. We had not considered a new build as they usually do not have a decent yard or spacing in between homes. He provided all the pros and cons for used and new to help with our determination which in turn opened up more homes for us to see. He made himself more than available for showings and meetings. In fact when we found our new home, we were working that weekend with Amanda on David's behalf while he was out of town. He drove straight from the airport to meet us at the builder's sales office to go over the contract we would be signing. As mentioned Amanda took over working with us for that weekend and she too went above and beyond to meet with us when we found something last minute that we wanted to see. She met with us to view properties even with an already scheduled full day of showings on her plate. She also provided us an updated list of other potential properties with our must haves to check out. We ended up finding our home because Amanda knew of a neighborhood that had all the specifics we were looking for. Her knowledge in the area brought us to our new community and we signed the sales contract on a new build that same day. All through the process which was about 4 months in total for construction to be completed, they constantly checked in, they attended all walk throughs and provided helpful input when there was some loan issues. They were simply wonderful since the very beginning. We felt like we had known them forever and were working with friends. They truly have your best interests in mind and are in it for all the right reasons. I am very grateful for their communication and all their efforts. David even continued to follow up after our move offering to let us borrow any necessary tools if needed since moving and knowing what box your tools are in is not always possible. We look forward to having a drink with them to celebrate their work in finding our dream home!
