Mmmm...I still wonder whether I should add this to Qype. It's very special. Here you pitch by the sea with beautiful views! Right by Skomer Island where you can see annual visiting puffins. The owners are lovely and friendly. The showers take 50ps and £1 coins. Tents, camper vans and mobile homes. August 2009 UPDATE I've just come back from another weekend here and I want to add a couple more things. The campsite is really good value. We paid £9 for two people per night, where another place is charging £23 per person per night nearby. It was incredibly quiet for this time of year - the high season. Right now in Cornwall, people are tussling for space on the roads and we could just bimble along, well, at speed, down the roads! Everyone is so friendly down that way too. They sell gas there. There is a field for late comers after 10pm. They put up a weather report every day in the loos. Loos are clean. They recycle and keep it tidy. Water pipes in all fields. No hook-up (electricity). We spent a lot of time on the beach this time. Marloes Sands (Mar-loice?) is spectacular and long and West Dale Beach is lovely too.
