They refused to remember my name even in the same conversation, physically took my phone out of my hands to try to sign into the app on it themselves, never responded to emails until I had to call their supervisors, and their technology is archaic. I couldn't even electronically sign documents like I do with every other bank I've used in the last decade. They would mail them which would take almost a week, when it should've been done the same day. Every employee I interacted with there was rude, uninformed, and unapologetic about their shortcomings.
