Impossible to contact a person. The website is not accepting payment right now. I have tried to contact ANYONE who can tell me the places I can make a payment other than Graceville. The phone system is one big loop with no possibility of asking anything outside of what it is set up to give out. Payment locations is not part of it. Just trying to pay my bill without driving across the county. User friendly Customer Service IS NOT a part of West Florida Electric business. read more

They said yes and scheduled to come out in a few hours. They replaced the part however they DESTROYED my bifold door (new) and scratched my door frame. The bifold door is completely unusable. THIS IS NOT HONEST WORK. THIS IS MASSIVE DAMAGE THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR. and, again at the very least, they should have told me they broke the bottom of the door.

The owner who was friendly and…read morehelpful explained that there's: - State Line Produce - where one can purchase all produce types one might find at a roadside stand, and where I purchased a bottle of Tupelo Honey (yum!). - State Line Farm House is a newly built structure with an open area and a nice concrete floor and well insulated walls and ceiling. Snacks, candies, homemade ice cream, chocolate covered pecan brittle, and even locally grown frozen beef / steaks can be found here. This store was well stocked with just about something for everyone that enjoys eating :). - State Line Fireworks was the last of the 3 buildings and I never went into that one so I can't really comment on it. Besides, the 3 businesses, the owner, Ricky Herring (spelling?), explained he was a 15 year employee of the local County Sheriff's Department and that he was wanting to build a place that was family friendly with no alcohol allowed. His plans include future old antique / classic car shows, and other family oriented activities. This place is literally located at the Florida - Alabama State Line. Driving southbound, it's on your right - the west side of the road. I found it to be a great place to stop, shop, and talk with the friendly employees. You should definitely make a stop here if you're traveling by.
