She is there to answer them all and make you feel calm. She is organized, sending you everything that meets your criteria, but also very honest, telling you what she thinks isn't a good match. She is experienced and so good at her job! One example, she spotted asbestos flooring the moment we stepped into a home and she dragged us out of there! The cherry on top is when she stocked our fridge at our new home because she wanted to make sure we're taken care of. That's the person you want on your side. Honestly, I am sad that our process is over because I'm going to miss talking to her everyday. I'm referring her to everyone I know! Thank you Laura!!!

We thoroughly vetted her before working with her, and she stood head and shoulders above anyone else we considered. So many buyers have struck out in this housing market, but with Kate's guidance our first offer was accepted, and she skillfully helped us navigate every step until we closed on our house. Looking to buy your first house is overwhelming, but Kate made it easy and fun. She has a great intuition for how hands- on or hands- off an agent you need. She was infinitely knowledgeable about the SOMA area--not just for real estate purposes, but restaurants to try, tradesperson recommendations, and more. She was always available by text, email, and phone and answered all our (many!) questions; when she didn't know something, she was very honest and would look up the answer or point us to someone who could help. Her unofficial team of inspectors, lawyers, etc. were also top notch. We highly recommend working with Kate--not only is she a stellar agent, but a fun person with a great sense of humor!

I spoke to Rahul the same day, and we met on a rainy evening, December 11th around 6 PM to see one home. From that day until I finalized my home, he helped me through every step of the process. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't aware of many details--how things work with lenders, mortgages, titles, inspections, etc. Rahul guided me through it all. He was always easy to reach via text or phone. Even if he missed a call, he would make sure to call back and check on my questions. We finalized our home in March 2025 and closed at the end of May (ironically, I found the listing myself on Zillow--haha!). But throughout the entire purchase process, whether it was dealing with the seller's agent, attorney, or mortgage lender, Rahul made it much easier for me. Even after closing, I'm still in touch with Rahul for various home-related questions. He continues to guide me and has even referred me to reliable contractors. One more thing--he's genuinely a polite, soft-spoken person who listens. He's not one of those agents who just talks over you. His calm demeanor really reflects his maturity and experience in the field. His team was also involved on a couple of occasions. I didn't get a chance to interact with Smitha, but I did meet Laura and Marta. Marta was present during the inspection and final walkthrough--and she was equally helpful. I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone to help with your future home! They really know what they're doing!
