I spoke to Rahul the same day, and we met on a rainy evening, December 11th around 6 PM to see one home. From that day until I finalized my home, he helped me through every step of the process. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't aware of many details--how things work with lenders, mortgages, titles, inspections, etc. Rahul guided me through it all. He was always easy to reach via text or phone. Even if he missed a call, he would make sure to call back and check on my questions. We finalized our home in March 2025 and closed at the end of May (ironically, I found the listing myself on Zillow--haha!). But throughout the entire purchase process, whether it was dealing with the seller's agent, attorney, or mortgage lender, Rahul made it much easier for me. Even after closing, I'm still in touch with Rahul for various home-related questions. He continues to guide me and has even referred me to reliable contractors. One more thing--he's genuinely a polite, soft-spoken person who listens. He's not one of those agents who just talks over you. His calm demeanor really reflects his maturity and experience in the field. His team was also involved on a couple of occasions. I didn't get a chance to interact with Smitha, but I did meet Laura and Marta. Marta was present during the inspection and final walkthrough--and she was equally helpful.
