I'm not a heavy hitter but I spend over $100 every few weeks there. One guy is extremely friendly and helpful. (He knows who he is) The other guy-I think he's the owner---not so much. Seems to have an attitude everytime I'm in there. Selections are good when they actually have them in stock. It's hit or miss most of the time. Looking for a new place now. read more

I typically frequent different cigar lounges in just about every city I come to. This was my second time in Little Rock, but my first time at Weston cigars. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The lounge was very calm and relaxing environment.. This will be my go to from now on when I'm in Little Rock. read more

This is a very cool, low-key cigar lounge with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I felt instantly at home when I walked in and the staff warmly introduced themselves. If you are new to the cigar smoking world, that is no issue at West End, you will be treated with respect and shown the ropes without any sense of being made to feel inferior as a neophyte. The cigar selection is phenomenal and the seating areas are very comfortable. The other clientele that I met on my first visit were as welcoming as the staff. read more

This is a great place. Very impressed. Brandon is very inviting and knowledgeable. It was very nice to have him show us around the store and answer all of our cigar and humidor questions. I was impressed with all the programs that he had planes and this component is make in his place a lounge feel not just an other store he is building a community. read more

Some of their managers have done a job of stocking their store. i don't know what happened to the last manager, but from a customer perspective, he was great. They recently changed the whole staff and these employees are not nearly as good. The main gripe is their seemingly inability to keep the the store stocked sufficiently. The last time I was in, I bought the last pack of regular Marlboros. When I went in today, they were completely out. I dont know what the most popular brand is, but i'd bet Marlboro is high on the list. For a tobacco store to run out of such a popular brand on a Thursday evening is unacceptable. This seems to happen often when they change employees.

I am an out of towner who really REALLY enjoys a cigar almost daily. When the weather turned foul I searched for an indoor lounge that would cater to my needs. Unfortunately, Little Rock is lacking in these establishments. However, West End Cigars makes up for the lack of options by fulfilling all the requirements in one place. A spacious area that includes plush seating arranged so conversation easily strikes up. The humidor was nice and covered a decent range of sticks that are humidified in a way that shows they actually care about their products. TV on sports and a helpful but unintrusive staff made a pleasant experience. I only found two faults: one was that their smoke eater wasn't clearing the room as efficiently as we normally expect, but with a high volume of smokers indicating a quality establishment it must come with the territory. Also no ambient music such as Jazz or standards softly in the background. Obviously it's not necessary, but when the conversation paused, it made the silence seem weird. Overall a great place though and I would recommend to anyone. read more

Brandon's (the owner) the kind of guy you want to light up a cigar with as you just sink into a leather couch. He treated us like his family, gave us a tour of the place, shared his passion for cigars and people, and even got a brand new pot of coffee going for us. And if you know cigars, you know that the cigar is just half the experience. Brandon makes this place great. West End has two lounges (a private one for members) both with plenty of seating for large or small groups, TVs, and air filters to keep the place enjoyable, even for the non-smoker. West End's humidor was well stocked and the quality of the cigars coming out of there told you they treated their cigars with the respect they deserve. If you love cigars and want a comfortable place to enjoy them, you gotta check this joint out! read more
