It used to be that this was the baseline minimum you could expect going into any business. Sadly, that's no longer the case.

I recommend Prestige Auto Glass to anyone with auto glass needs! My rear passenger quarter glass was shattered by something (rock?!) flying on the highway. I had immediately filed a claim with my insurance company and came to yelp to get quotes. Because this is a "dealer only" part, it had to be ordered directly from them. Prestige came to my and put film on my window to hold me over until my new window came in, and he came to my job to install it in the parking lot. I am adding to this review only to again speak to how awesome Richard is! You pray for people like Richard to be put in your path, that mean you good and I am most grateful for you Richard! I just want to warn people not to use All Veterans Glass. They are the most incompetent company I…read morehave ever dealt with. They came out to fix my windshield and have destroyed my car. First of all, they put the wrong windshield in and blamed it on Geico, even though I had actually had another rock hit it a month earlier and Geico did not tell the other company the wrong windshield. Then, the technician broke the latch on my hood. He said he put it in the service position and it was "already broken" and wouldn't go back down. Then it wouldn't have been down!!! He left my car with an incorrect windshield duct taped to it and the hood up and rolled out!! I was out of town and didn't know my BMW was sitting there like that all weekend in the rain. I had to fight to get them to fix the latch which left me with no vehicle for over a week! The owner actually wanted us to split the cost of their mistake! Then when they finally changed the windshield and removed the tape, it ripped the paint off the top of my car! I have been going back and forth with them again and the owner is refusing to accept responsibility. Said my paint must have been weak! First of all, I have ceramic coating on my car. The paint is not weak. And they put the tape on there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I only tried them because I am a veteran also. Big mistake!
