Never in my life have I been followed and hovered over like this in a music store. The owner (I assume) acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there, and the worker awkwardly watched and followed me while standing behind me as I tried the instruments. All the while the owner, he stood behind the counter cussing like a sailor with my wife in the store. I found an instrument I liked and asked how their trades work as I have plenty I'd be willing to trade. They informed me that they find the value of your trade and then offer you 70% of its worth to go towards the trade. I'd rather shove my guitar through a woodchipper than ever take that deal. I decided to order the same model online for 300 dollars cheaper. I will never give a penny to this place and I will never recommend this place. I know plenty of musicians and none of them would stand for this experience. I will add that this store has two parts, the antique shop in the front with the lady behind the counter was very pleasant. The guitar section in the back is what this review focuses solely on.

There are people who are selling "flea market" style, and there are artists who are using it as a small store style...crafts, and painting, photography, wood working, jewelry...some pretty awesome stuff. They also have a local artist who does painting classes out of the studio, and right when you first walk in a whole rack of books written by local authors. We picked up a kids book about a bunny that immigrates from Italy to Clarksburg...which I thought would be good for my boys as it mirrors their ancestors history. We also found some records, and an old WV license plate.
