However, the office is ran by a bunch of morons that can't figure out how to run a business. When I first called to schedule an appointment, my call miraculously got through on the first try. I had my appointment and AFTER the appointment, they mentioned they don't take credit card. You can only pay cash... (would've been nice to know before I was seen.). We are in 2024 this business only accepts cash. Like ??????? Ok, fine. I was cranky that I wasn't told in advance but the lady in the front told me to call a number, and that I could pay my copay there with credit card. Well I call this number and they definitely don't take payments for west coast podiatry. :) after this, I was cranky. BUT, it's ok, I thought I would just show up during business hours and just pay cash. Well I show up 6/6/24, Thursday at 11:30 AM, and they are locked. No sign or anything that they are away (not to mention I drove 1 hour to be able to show up in person). So I call the office and get sent to the after hours line. A lady answered and told me they were away FOR LUNCH. Reminder, it's 11:30AM and their business hours are supposed to be 8AM-5PM with an hour 12-1pm for lunch). She told me to call back during business hours. Well here I am. I've called Atleast 3 times and no one answers. I get the message that the inbox is full and to try again later. What the actual fuck is wrong with this business?? Like I just want to pay my copay... why is it so hard to do so? So even though the medical advice can be good, I just don't recommend coming here simply by how difficult it is to get a simple task, such as paying a bill, done with them.

I got an appointment for that Thursday afternoon. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes before being paced in an exam room. In another 10 minutes the Dr. came in. He checked booth of my feet, told me the cause of my problem and told me what he would to do to relieve my pain and hopefully cure my problem. When we arrived, the door was locked, there were no other patients, and we still waited another 30 minutes before being taken into a dirty exam room. We only saw a nurse practitioner who offered two options: medication or laser treatment. She couldn't provide the proper name of the medication and couldn't answer our questions about the laser, other than telling us it wasn't covered by insurance. This was particularly frustrating since insurance coverage was what their advertising led us to expect. We were told another employee would come in to explain the laser treatment, but after waiting and no one coming, we left. This employee was talking with the front desk staff and only offered to help when he saw us walking out. He then beat us to the parking lot to take what appeared to be a personal call. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and more focused on getting us in the door than actually providing care. We will not be returning.

They wouldn't even let me get a chance to speak to the doctor and pretty sure they didn't relay my message to him. Siri was a bit more sassy and unprofessional than Vivi. For a facility that prescribed medication that clearly didn't work, charging me $400+ to fix their failed treatment is predatory. Do not recommend if you're on a budget or expect any follow-up care. All I wanted was another prescription of antibiotics since the one they gave me didn't fully work on me. I don't see how that should be my fault & why I should pay another $240+
