Just finished a 1 week rental from this top notch dealership. Eric, who handles their rentals, was just fantastic from 1st email inquiry months ago to our airport departure. Communication was easy and helpful and when we arrived, he really made everything smooth. The dealership is also 1st class. Everyone super friendly. I really can't recommend renting from them more. Sitting snuggly alongside the motorway and just waiting for you to get your engine runnin, head on up the....M8, looking for Springburn exit, or maybe the Glasgow fort. Yeah, sorry for that. Unfortunately for my and luckily for my wife, I have neither reached this age or indeed have anything near the amount of dosh required to make this type of investment. Despite this situation I find myself in, nae money, youngish yet still sporting a nice wee belly, I do enjoy a wee wander around this place to take in the beauty, yes I said beauty, of these beasts. Those of you out there whose boat ain't floated by the sight of a nice piece of machinery will know not what I speak of and may well be calling the police as you read this article, should swallow your cynicism and go along for a nosey, its art god damn it. read more

One star because they have moved and didn't update the address here on Yelp. While visiting Glasgow for a day we decided to walk to this store after a city tour, so we took the time to walk a couple miles there, only to get there and find they had moved several months ago. It was too late to try to find the new location because they would have closed by the time we got transportation there. Don't think we will get there now because we move on to another city in the morning. Would have liked to stop in and get a t shirt though. read more

I was heading back to visit the parents. One of the nurses that was taking care of Dad was a serious motorcycle enthusiast. Dropped in here and picked up a few of the WCHD stickers and patches for this Canadian lass. The staff were nice. Although I noticed it was mainly the lone female who served us. Not sure if there were any other staff about although the place was quite crowded with guys clothed in motorcycle gear. The nurse loved the gift - mission accomplished. Only bought small sundries, so I have no idea how they are selling motorcycles or other more significant purchases. read more

Harley Davidsons look superior, and don't lie, when you see one on the road you have to look. Although I don't really fall for the high handle bar look and prefer a speed bike, I think maybe one day I will get myself one of these. I will be honest, this will be for the cool factor. On second thoughts maybe not, I don't ever want to consider myself a pot-bellied man. But I do like to look at them, or anything on wheels with a nice big powerful vroom vroom to it. The rating system on this site does not allow for departments merely a "one rate fits all" which isn't the case with this Harley dealer. If you are buying clothing or accessories from this dealer then you will experience fantastic customer service and friendly helpful staff, for these departments I give them 5 stars. The 1 star comes in for the bike sales department, incompetent and lacking in customer service skills. To sum up, buy the bike elsewhere but for any extras these guys are the best. read more
