On the first day the instructor couldn't get the trucks moved so our training ground was cut in half. I had to go back a week later and we repeated everything again. So boring. It's cost £150.00 and I only didn't have to pay again because of the training ground conditions. I got my road run which lasted 15mins and my instructor Ian stopped me for not doing my check and stopped the test. So I didn't want to go back there Ian had made me feel so low and frustrated. So I went and phoned bike rite( wish I had went there at the beginning). It was completely different at bike rite my instructor was amazing. I went for my road ride and I made the same mistake I had made at ride on and the instructor kept me calm and reminded me to stop and check. Training so much more relaxed. Also at bike rite they have there own training compound which is superior to a silly car park full off trucks like ride on. Definitely wouldn't recommend this for CBT.

After failing an MOT and having some start up issues, I was told it would take a couple weeks to fix. 8 months of extremely patchy communication later, the car would no longer start at all. eventually had to have it towed elsewhere. Was then harassed to pay up straight away without seeing an invoice, getting a new diagnosis or being able to check on the quality of work that was actually done.
