The local fabric shop. The staff are nice but it does cost a pretty penny so I only go during…read moresales, which means I can't stamp my punchcard and hope to get some credit. They do have weekly specials which is cool. They cater mostly quilters but the notions section is nice and they do have a good bargain section. I wish the fashion fabric section was larger but it's a decent amount for a store that does so much. I don't really know if they carry commercial patterns but I plan to check next time I can. I'd like to buy my next machine here.

I find all but one of the current staff to be extremely friendly, attentive and eager to help. There are many kits available and they've even made a custom one for me. Their classes are wonderful and they have a great selection of notions and fabric and seem to fall over themselves to put on weekly sales for every fun reason from it being someone's birthday to a national or provincial holiday to even a weather extreme.

The other pair had "Oh Oh Oh" printed on them instead of "Ho Ho Ho." :P Prices were also too high on things such as $4.50 for a small bottle of bubbles. No exchanges or returns allowed or we would have taken the defunct glasses back.

Felt the owner was rude and unprofessional wanted to push unnecessary repair without even looking the watch when the dial is obviously bent.
