The front desk is the rudest they dont even listen to what your telling them or what appointment your trying to make if you want to get braces and send it to the insurance they aren't going to call you and let you know if it was denied or approved. Worst dental ever read more

This place is horrible, they canceled my appointment twice after having me use PTO for the dates and then they won't work with you when you have a different day off work. You ask for a manger call back and never get one. I only really come here because this has been the place I came to since a kid but it's really bad now. No kind of customer service and the women at the front desk have no respect and just don't care. They answer the phone on speaker so everyone in there could hear you talking or your business, no patient privacy, nothing! Time for me to find a different dental office. I've been waiting on Josh (the office manager) to give me a call back since the 5/28. Still nothing! read more

Worst place ever. My 85 year old mom went on Monday after office called to reschedule Saturday's appointment. They told her she had no appointment, and the disrespectful clerks spoke thru the counter, because the counter is so high. The clerk had no manners, what does it take for her standing up and speaking to the patient face to face. My mother didn't even see the lady's face. The clerks in the front of the office, are the face of your company. Unbelievable how a patient is being treated. I would train these disrespectful clerks how to treat others. How would they like for someone to treat their mother, with respect! They need training or a job they like. So disrespectful. Going to a new office. Lost $$ thanks to the front office team. read more

Worst front desk experience. The staff was very rude. I arrived less than 15 minutes late and was not allowed to keep my appointment. There was also no parking available, which made the situation even more inconvenient. Due to this experience, I decided to change providers. read more

The type of care here is ridiculous Doctors dont even touch you , I went in there for something they could of told me over the phone . front desk is unprofessional and always seem to get annoyed with patients . i hate it here i would never recommend this place to anyone . how i go in for a broken tooth and all they did was take an xray and schedule me for 2 week appt to fill it in ?! This is very ridiculous, Front office needs proper training on explaining procedures , I wouldn't have went if all they needed to do was take an xray maybe i would of appreciated to be scheduled on the day the specialist was there. Do yourself the favor and never come here, doctors and horrible, staff is rude and immature, and they don't respect scheduling

The care at this location is unacceptable. I took a day off to take my mother to her appointment, but after waiting for her to be called, we were told that there was a mistake on her appointment and that we had to come back another day. I asked to speak to a manager and the person at the front desk said that there was no one available. Lack of professionalism doesn't describe the level of disrespect for patients' time. read more

Money talks, services are bad if you have insurance the you are third class but with cash they will take you right away.

The dentist my 4 yr. Old daughter was amazing but my child was too afraid for the dentist to to the work so I was sent to another dentist and told if there were any issues between that visit amd the next to please call her so they can assist. However, when I called on friday because my daughter was screaming In agony, the receptionist said I had to wait until Monday. This was an emergency and it is truly upsetting that I had to run around and look for another dentist to see her or she would be In pain all weekend. Also there seems to be no private rooms. The dentist doing braces has 1 room with 3 chairs and does each patient with no privacy. read more

I have to call a thousand times just for an answer to make an appointment or check the status of an appointment. It's ridiculous. I call from the minute you guys open and by 4 o'clock I'm calling again a hundred times then finally get an answer. Like that's insane. Get someone to work those phones! read more

I wish no stars would be an option!! Horrible patient care. Went with an acute tooth pain, paid for the visit. Waited 4 hours. After speaking to the manager and getting no where and seeing both waiting rooms empty out 3 times I finally walked out, leaving them the visit payment to find help somewhere else, where I was taken care of in 30 minutes. It felt like they were dealing with objects not human beings. I felt like a piece of garbage and was belittled!!! read more

OK, so it's ultra "urban" and the waiting room is a bit of an "Ellis Island-esque" scene. But amidst the chaos is what I came for: terrific, skilled & competent surgeons and surgery team, quick painless service, a severe discounted price and near anonymity. I found them when I was forced into their county from the neighboring one in which I live as I was unable to find a doctor in Bergen who would do what I wanted because it involved pulling a "healthy" tooth...I am 40+ years old, not only NOT a child, but well approaching over middle age-dom...I think I know the risks involved and was willing to sign a release form in case I ended up regretting it, but in Bergen County, no dice. Their Doctor of Medical Dentistry examined my issue, determined that my request wasn't that outrageous after all, turned me over to a surgeon who not only numbed my mouth in one swift shot (something my own Bergen County dentist fails MISERABLY at the last time I actually allowed him to pull a tooth) , but also had the tooth out sans struggle (by using some kind of awesome "plucking" instrument unheard of in my living area) in less than 4 seconds and in two easy, gentle motions~press down, pull up and done. No problems healing. No suffering. Better gums in that area where I was having trouble. Do I sometimes regret having one healthy back molar removed? Once in a long while...Am I happy I found a dental surgery clinic that paid attention to my thoughts and feelings on the subject of my OWN body? All the time. Which matter is most important? The second one of course. read more
