For those who don't want to read a short story, the new owner/mechanic is simply dishonest. Many…read moremembers of my family and my friends have been brining our vehicles to that location for over a decade, as it was formerly owned by Henry and Joe. In all the years, I never had a single issue with H&J. They were mechanics with integrity. The new owner of "J&J" lied to me several times throughout my first experience under his command. When confronted regarding the initial lies, he constructed more lies. Expect him to "find" problems with your vehicle and expect an inflated bill because of it. Do not expect him to have your vehicle ready when he agrees to. Do not expect a courtesy call to inform you that it's not actually ready yet either. Expect no one to answer the phone at the shop for hours after the agreed upon pickup time. Above all, expect him to prioritize his road service over your scheduled appointment and to lie about the reasons your service was delayed. These interactions are difficult to summarize into words. Something you unfortunately understand following a first hand experience. If you want to feel like you were taken advantage of and lied to, this is your guy. The new owner of J&J recently acquired this business. Most of the positive google reviews are older and should be credited to the former owners only. Those guys were worth their weight in gold. His recent positive reviews are clearly orchestrated to offset the incoming negative feedback.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC - ABSOLUTE SCAM This has been…read morethe worst experience of my life. This mobile mechanic took my car, my upfront money, and the parts I personally purchased for the repair. The second he got his hands on my money and parts, he completely ghosted me and ignored all my phone calls. After almost a year of zero communication, I finally had to hire a tow truck to rescue my car from his shop. To make matters worse, my car was completely inoperable when I got it back. It is in much worse condition now than when I gave it to him, and I have no idea what he did to it. He stole my money, stole my parts, and ruined my vehicle. Avoid this scammer at all costs!
