As a woman, I always feel like mechanics take advantage us. However, for the first time, I felt differently with this business. Armando took well care of me. He was nice and showed me additional things he recommended without pressuring me. Such as changing my brakes and showing me how bad they were. Overall, I recommend these guys. I'll be coming back. Thanks Esabelo and Armando. read more

I got stuck in a unique situation. My car started overheating and I had to pull over because my car was about to blow a head gasket. The owner seen I was in trouble and guided me on the replacement of my thermostat and even lent me his tools because I was in a crunch. People like that are hard to find. Good genuine dude and didn't look for praise or money just knew I needed help and didn't hesitate to offer it. Would definitely recommend and come back. read more

I've come here with my mom several times. My mom comes here , and one of the guys know her and helps her every time, but today we had a bad experience... The guys were not as attentive and even if they didnt have the type of tires my mom needed, it seemed to me like they didn't want to help her. They did not know that my mom comes here, she's been coming here for years now. She asked the guy that was working today for the guy that usually helps her and he said that he is his uncle... But idk, every time my mom comes when that guy is there she gets great service which is why she keeps coming back and because this place was recommended by a family member... But today wasn't it... :( read more

Great customer service and very helpful. Waiting area very clean and waiting time to get the estimate was just on point.

I had a Very good experience with quality work for a fair price. The Work was done on time.

Brought my truck here after another shop screwed up the exhaust. I recommend them 100%. Honest service at a fair price.

Do not go to this place. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent 5k with them for head gaskets repair and fuel pump replacement with most of the money going to labor. They gave me a bum fuel pump that took them a week to get. Then they told me they'll call me when I could bring the car back in. 2 months later I call them. They tell me since they didn't hear from me the sent the fuel pump back. I bring my car to get the fuel pump installed and they leave the back seat unattached when they were finished. I called the manger to tell him what happened politely and he caught an attitude and said I could just go somewhere else next time. Mind you I never had an attitude about the poor service. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. I definitely going to see what the better business bureau could do about this. read more

Do not go there they are the worst they are scam artists they literally lied to me regarding what they were going to do and the owner of the business is he bald very bad attitude no customer skills all you want to do is take your money and work for nothing read more

My son and I brought his 2017 Lexus to West tire and muffler shop to have a high performance exhaust muffler system put in.The vehicles check engine light kept going on and off on and off. After I brought it back to complain about the issue it was raised up in the air again and they filled in some welds where there were carbon dioxide leaks they told me that needed to be filled in.Then they cleared the codes. The check engine lights would keep coming on again and we could smell some exhaust and gasoline as well. I called them back up and asked to speak to the owners multiple times and apparently I was on the phone with the owner son from what I was told on the phone.Never heard anything back. After a week went by the Brother-In-Law apparently would relay the message then a secretary would relate the message and so on and we would get nowhere at all week and week. After speaking to apparently from what I was told on the phone that this was the owner son again that he relayed the message to the father and waiting back for a reply. After going back-and-forth for two months we had enough of the nonsense and took my sons vehicle to a Lexus repair shop and had a new gas tank put in due to they scarred a small cut in the tank with a saw of some sort and a new exhaust systems put in. We went from a $500 job to a $2000 dollar job. We filed multiple complaints on this business with government agencies and they are aware and also This business will not reply back to them as well and they will be dealt with in a timely manner. Please have your work Repaired and inspected by professionals so you don't waste your Time and hard-working money. read more

Did their best to get my car fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Small shop - well staffed & busy. Had one bad tire and they sold me a good quality new one reasonably priced, balanced perfectly. Also had the oil changed (I had to bring my own filter & bottle of good oil) and they did the job for only $25 - This resulted in my having a $30 bottle of Pennzoil and a high grade filter installed, which is certainly not what you get from a Jiffy Lube! Family business in an older building. Honest people. I will definitely use this shop for service in the future. read more

The door says they open at 8 am, Google says they open at 830 am, called yesterday and the lady said I can be there in the morning. I was there at 830 am, all doors closed. By 9 am, two employees showed up and apologized that they don't have the key to open and wanting for the owner. By 930 am the owner was still missing, doors still closed and the employees and I were just waiting outside in the heat for the owner to show up... insanely disrespectful for employees and clients. Definitely don't recommend!! read more

My car was announcing breaks so I took it here thinking I needed the front pads I went into this auto shop thinking I needed my front break pads changed on my SUV. Owner started the work right away and said it would take about one hour. Towards the end of the job being completed I asked the mechanic that I wanted to see the old break pads. That's when the mechanic said it DIDN'T need the front break pads changed but that the owner still asked him to complete the work so I could be charged. The mechanic said that the front break pads were practically new. I still have them as proof. When the mechanic said this I still wanted to be reasonable and work with the Owner. I asked the owner "why would you perform a break service on a SUV that it didn't need it?" He became nervous and defensive saying I said I wanted a break job. I asked why wouldn't he informed me that it didn't need the breaks changed, at that point I could had made a decision if I wanted the work done or not. Overall this shop performed a service on my car that WAS NOT NEEDED. I can see this business taking advantage of our consumers and it's sad to see that honest people are being ripped off. The owner thinks it's funny, I told him that I know he knows he is not being fair and is ripping me off- he replied with "well, that's how I'm successful" good luck. read more
