While in church at St Francis of Assisi in Manitowoc, I saw a couple attorneys names in the donation/advertising back of bulletin. I blindly chose Mr Dewane. I already had a legal defense membership but wanted to pray and faithfully choose my own attorney. Pat Dewane looked over the accusations and realized immediately that this was a bogus and malicious attack and willingly took it on! Pat has probably over 40 years of experience himself, I'm guessing, and both of his children are also attorneys (one a judge). Pat's answers and counter questions were pointedly wiser than that of P.M.s attorney (It didn't hurt that I kept (keep) 'meticulous' records of every meaningful assault perpetrated by P.M., photos, witnesses, videos and recordings, as well as restraining orders against P.M. for each me and my husband). After 10 months, P.M.s lawyer dropped HIM! Then the entire case was FINALLY dropped AND WITH prejudice against P.M. and WITHOUT prejudice for us. Thank you Patrick Dewane . I bought a table saw from Baileigh in July 2018. The model, TS-1044H-1.0 list price was $1,515.25,…read moreI asked for a quote and a sales person responded the next day. It looked like a quality saw and was an American company located in Wisconsin. The total price including tax and freight came out to $1,836. I received the saw and unpacked it, I unpacked it carefully and set it up according to the instructions in the operator manual. As I was about to install the rip fence I heard a big crash from inside the saw. I looked into the throat opening and I saw the motor laying on the bottom of the saw. It broke off the mounts and I could plainly see the cracked and broken mount still attached to two mounting points on the motor. I took a picture and emailed the sales person, he replied the next day and told me someone from the parts department would call, no one called. I emailed the sales person, he never replied. I emailed him the next day, still no reply. Finally, four days after my first email the salesperson sent me a phone number of the parts department and told me to call them. I did, it did not go well, I thought they would have been informed of my problem and working a repair. No, they never heard of the me or my saw. I talked to a "service technician", I sent him five more pictures. He told me he would order a new bracket and it would be ten weeks from China. He also told me I would have to make the repair??? I asked him if they could send a repairman and he told me they don't provide that service. I looked inside the saw and I quickly realized this repair was way over my head. I told the service department I wanted to return the saw. They scheduled a trucking company to pick up the saw but I would have to pack it. I didn't think packing should not be my responsibility but I also realized by now Baileigh certainly wouldn't help and I wanted this defective piece of junk out of here. I brought several items to work, including the motor that broke off and had them professionally packaged. I went to home depot and spent $80 on packing material, I had to crate it up and build a wood box around the saw. Baileigh received the saw and refunded me $1,387.78 leaving me to pay $442 in shipping cost. I filed a dispute with me credit card company. Since then I bought a saw from Sawstop, I checked the motor mounting bracket and they're about 4X the size and made from steel. The Baileigh saw motor mount appears to be cast.
