I will not recommend Nevilles because of their poor customer service. I don't appreciate being lied to that they would be here on a certain day and not show up or even given the courtesy of a phone call. At one point we were apparently scheduled for a Wednesday that we weren't aware of and the day before we got a phone call telling us we would be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. i could understand being pushed back one day , but 2 weeks! He did not call. A week or so later OTA staff were at my neighbors house and my neighbor mentioned that I wasn't getting calls returned . The OTA guy said " I'll make sure he calls you by next Wednesday. He didn't call. I called the OTA office. Secretary transferred my call to Toby. Toby said he would give me the measurements within a day or two and at one point acted annoyed with me. Again, he never got back to me. I feel i was disrespected, and Im not sure why. I understand they are probably busy. All I wanted was to order a nice canvas roof. There is absolutely no excuse to treat a customer like that. I've never been treated like that by any business the way treated me. 0 stars. They did nothing but waste my time and delay getting a canvas roof put on my patio by more than a month.

Wrightway replaced all of the siding with "seamless steel". What a GREAT job. The crew, Ty, Aidon, Benet, Grant, Brycen and Kayden were fantastic. Hard working every minute.
