I now live in WI but my divorce proceedings are in another state and I had a question as to whether I could hire an attorney from the state I currently reside in. Just a simple question. I had contacted three other law firms before with the same question (Di Renzo and Bomier, Remley and Sensenbrenner and Sterling Law Offices) in which I received zero response from. I sent an e-mail to Herrling Clark and had gotten almost an immediate response from Lois Staus who is the paralegal for Kelly S. Kelly and Paula Hamer answering my question. Even though I have not used this law firm before, it is clear they are there to help you and not just there for their own financial gain. My contact with the other firms with zero response shows if they have no financial gain from you, they won't help.
