The office never answers the phone, refuses to call me back and won't provide me any paperwork showing what I have to pay back in hospital bills. I've been charged for him to get this paperwork yet I don't have the right to see it?!?! I'm being forced to sign the paperwork with no knowledge or evidence of anything plus he charged me money to pay back my insurance company and I never got a penny from them. Why would I? I didn't cause the accident. I have tinnitus because of the accident but he rudely told me old age causes deafness. Even he has it. WOW. I'm dealing with ringing, buzzing, swooshing notices the rest of my life and vertigo. Never knew me being old (I'm only 50) caused me to have these noises the rest of my life. I was referred by this law firm by a friend. I have never had the need to hire a lawyer in my…read morelife. I reached out and contacted the law firm and left a message for Jon Peterson to contact me back. Days went by and I got no phone call. I called again and left a message again with the lady who answered the phone. Still no phone call back. I called again and asked how long it took to get a reply from someone. After my fourth phone call, I managed to get the paralegal to talk to me. I explained I was growing frustrated that the attorney never returned my phone calls. A few hours later the attorney called me back and asked me to email him my documents explaining my case. he mentioned on the phone he was in the middle of a case and would get back with me in the following week. Two weeks passed, no reply to my email, no follow up phone call. I called the office one more time and got the secretary. I explained to her my frustration of waiting weeks for a simply reply via email or phone. I informed the lady on the phone that I wanted a reply from the attorney today or I assumed he is not interested in my case. She then tells me she will not let me be rude to her. ( what kind of business doesn't call a person or potential client back). After I hung up, a minute later the attorney calls me back. (all the sudden he was free to speak to me). When I answered this is what he said verbatim. " I am not interested in your case". and hung up on me!! I was happy this took place. It told me first hand how very unprofessional this law firm is. From the secretary, to the paralegal to the attorney. If this is how these "professionals" treat their potential clients, forget them! I would much rather give my money to a law firm that takes pride in helping people and offers a little more care about potential clients. Its clear these folks are knee deep in cases and cant handle much. Before they practiced law, they should have taken a class in customer service!
