I can't say enough about the customer service I received at West 50 self storage. They were wonderful. Communication was prompt and very helpful making living out of state not a concern. The units are exactly what we needed and simple to use, making going and coming a breeze. We will definitely be coming back to use West 50 in the future simple due to ease and most importantly customer service. Employees clearly had better things to do than to assist us. Over charged us, charged us for not bringing the truck back with enough fuel until I proved that I had taken pictures of the dashboard of the truck before and after, even after I sent the pictures I was told the gas gauge was "barely over" where it should have been (barely being 1/4 tank) and so they were still going to charge me. I was finally given a partial refund for the fuel charges only after contacting corporate but was still charged $30+ over the original amount I was quoted. read more
