It is unfortunate that not all of the applicants aren't accepted. I can only suggest you give it a try, and hopefully your child will enjoy it as much as my granddaughter & her parents did.

I then reach out via email and hear nothing for a few more weeks. After three weeks, I finally receive a call from Cindy informing me the spot had been filled as she was waiting to hear from my wife and I regarding the enrollment. Are you kidding? If that were that case, then why not reach out to us before filling a spot? Why not provide a simple call or email or anything? She says it was our fault for telling her we needed to think about it during the tour as this was on her notes. I can assure you she took no notes during our visit nor did she even remember my child's name when she called. As you tour the facility and speak to Cindy just ask yourself is this person organized? Is the place well run? Again, I can't speak to the care of the children here, but, after this experience I will be sure to keep away. I don't trust a disorganized person to manage the care of my child, the most precious thing in my life. I'll search elsewhere. You might want to as well.

Good evening, I am writing as a deeply angry and disgusted…read moreparent. Today, when I picked up my son Leonardo, I was informed he had SLEPT ON THE COLD TILE FLOOR because he was "hot." That explanation alone is UNACCEPTABLE, but it gets worse. He was WET when I picked him up this afternoon--his hair, his pants, his coat--completely soaked. And when I asked why, not a single staff member could give me an answer. "I don't know" is NOT an acceptable response when a child is returned to their parent in that condition. The lack of accountability, the carelessness, and the indifference are beyond disappointing--they are DISGUSTING. As someone with experience working in multiple daycares and schools, I know that if a 3-year-old refuses to sleep on a cot, you don't allow them to lay on a cold, dirty floor like an animal. You comfort them, you redirect them, and you provide care. The fact that this didn't happen is a complete failure on your part. Even a dog gets a bed. My son deserved far better than this. And yes, I will say it--had Leonardo not been a young Black boy, I believe this situation may have been handled with more compassion and urgency. He was neglected. There's no other word for it. Let me ask you this: How would you feel if you found out your child took a nap on the cold floor? Or picking him up wet and not exactly given an actual clear explanation ? If he was uncomfortable, if he was upset, if something happened--WHY wasn't I called? As his mother, I should have been informed immediately. Instead, he was left in that condition, and no one took responsibility. This is not just poor care. This is unacceptable. This is disgusting. This is neglect. Leonardo will NOT be returning to your center. I will also be reporting this incident to corporate and taking further steps as necessary. I expect a written explanation, not excuses. Do better!!!!! His teachers have been phenomenal and so patient with him. Special thanks to Mariah and Diamond who had him in toddlers, Amy in Twos and Alyssa and Rachel in EP. Our son needed Birth to 3 services and all of the teachers adopted the strategies needed to help our son grow and thrive. They were even flexible with us about our continued enrollment after summer 2023 which gave us options as we planned for our son's transition to Pre-k and allowed us to breath a little. Sarah, your leadership and your leadership team are truly exceptional and I wish you, Alex and Liz continued success.

TBC does an amazing job incorporating fun and play into structured, educational activities that help child grow socially, cognitively, and mentally. They have interactive activities all day in and outside the classroom. The building is immaculately clean and safe. I know my child is cared for by the amazing staff who are so friendly and personable. The owners are so kind and educated in early childhood development and education, I can trust them with my child and have no worries. The tuition is worth every penny to ensure my child is ready for kindergarten.

Would I change anything if I could? That's a hard question to answer because I haven't been to any of the other daycares in my area (other than tours). It would be nice to have a smaller student-teacher ratio, but for what we're paying, we really can't complain. I'd recommend TBC to any working parent in FF or surrounding areas.

It really feels like a village, and we feel truly lucky to have our son grow up there, and plan to enroll our new baby there in the fall. I love the pictures, videos and updates that are shared to me throughout the day. My son is his happiest at A.C.G. and i wouldn't choose anywhere else for him to attend. This review is a long time coming. We love it here. Our son took a little time getting used to…read morebeing dropped off but the teachers spent time with him and allowed for a smooth transition and eased our nerves. They truly love the kids and treat each one as if they were their own. We had Ms. Christine when we started and she is a gem. The director Amanda is personable and kind. She responds promptly and answers all my/our ridiculous questions. We looked at several daycares before selecting Kindercare (there is even one that is down the road from us) and they seemed overly cartoony or sterile like an empty high school. Kindercare has a homey feel to it. You can here the kids laughing, talking like it should be. They get to spent time outside everyday sometimes 2x a day depending on the weather. It can be a little pricey (but that's childcare). They feed them breakfast, lunch and a snack and their hours are amazing 6:30am-6pm which helps when you work weird hours. Our son's current teachers are amazing as well special shout-out to Ms. Robin, Ms. Grace, Ms. Erika and Ms. Avery. They have a blast and have creative ways to engage the kids. One huge thing that stands out to me is that the staff all knows our son. Even teachers who have never had him but they all say good morning and good bye to him.
