The minute you walk in you're going to be hungry, even if you just ate. The house smoked and cured meats can literally be smelled in the parking lot. DGS has everything from local North Michigan specialities to fresh produce and an array of MI butchery products. The star of the show however is all their house made meats... Sausages, brats, jerky, etc., DSG has it all. Plus the staff is super friendly and helpful... Some of the friendliest people we've met in a while. When we're in the Cadillac area again, we will no doubt make a point to get back to DGS to stock up... Two thumbs up.

I went inside to tell the manager they had a faulty pump and he said I had just chosen the wrong one to use. He said the owner already knew of the problem and had done nothing about it. He said call later when owner would be there. So I did and the person on the phone said the owner would not be in today. The man told me to just live with it. Make that no stars.
