With a super small store…read more But here's the deal: It has cheaper gas and is located right downtown (just across the river) which if you are like me and a long distance commuter when I forget to get gas and am at work, I don't want to pay 20 cents more per gallon just because I'm using a downtown gas station. So they have inexpensive gas. But getting in and out can be a pain. Every time I have been there I have come close to being hit by a car coming or going. It's just not designed for good traffic flow. Also, the last time I was there ( a few months ago) I had to prepay indoors with my credit card... this is frustrating as I'm really a fan of pay-at-the pump but to save 20 cents a gallon... I'll take it.

I'm glad I decided on this store as it had just what I needed and I was also able to pick up some Twisted Tea for myself. What I really liked about this store was the selection of the individual cans of Twisted Teas and other drinks that were similar. I didn't notice if wine or hard liquor was available as I was focused on the teas and beer. The store was bright and spacious and the gal working the counter was very helpful. I'm glad after driving past this place many times I finally stopped in.

I am 62 years old and my spouse is 50. She insisted that she see both our IDs. I didn't mind when she asked for mine but refused to let my spouse show his. I have been in the store several times and I have never witnessed this with any other customers.

The Hangul written above it gave it away as a Korean market (or at least Korean-owned), so I stopped by to have a look-see. It's a tiny mom-pop shop with crowded shelves full of product (and a leaky roof). The owners were friendly and helped me find ingredients to make a Korean dish, and the wife went so far as to offer her daughter's phone number in case I ran into trouble making the dish...lol Out of all the different Asian shops I've visited, this is the only one that didn't have a strong and/or unpleasant odor to it as soon as you walk in the door. I've only recently started exploring Korean cuisine, so I have no idea if their stock is varied enough or specialized enough for what you need, but it's certainly worth your time to visit if you're looking around.
