Unfortunately, I didn't grab her name. The 12 pack of shandy was labeled not once, but twice, with the price of $6.49. When being rung up and listening to the two employees complain the whole time of how bad their jobs are, they said it would be $16 something total. I pointed out the labeled price to which the manager replied "well you can either scrap off those price labels or grab another case of beer because I am NOT giving you a case of beer for half off." My sister, taken by surprise, simply stated "I never asked for you to give it to me half off but alright?" The managers attitude was completely inappropriate and hostile for this type of situation. Do your job correctly, or at least admit an error was made. I'll be going elsewhere for fuel and beer in the future.
