Grissom Builders built a HUGE 6 car garage for me in 1999. Builder not build it to code, did not…read moreuse a 'starter row' with the shingles and the roof leaks. Builder came to fix PART of the roof in 2009, refuses to fix the rest of roof. Small Claims court case has been reviewed and CITY INSPECTOR has advised that roof was NOT DONE TO CODE, and should be repaired. Contractor left Plymouth Courthouse after agreeing to abide by City Inspector Ruling. He took off after meeting with City Inspector. New court date is scheduled. Now two court dates, serving fees, court fees and Builder still says he did nothing wrong. City Inspector says otherwise, city code book stats otherwise, and Builder is still saying no to repairs. BEWARE. Watch what he builds. I have proof and photos that builder does NOT BUILD TO CODE.
