Let me tell you how my visit went at Dr. Werning ENT office. I came 10 minutes late (as I informed the nurse I would be prior to my visit) I waited 2hours in the general waiting room. They transfered me to an exam room, here I waited 1 hour. They then transfered me to another exam room and I waited another hour ( I am not exaggerating one minute of this) I figured this guy was a good doctor seeing as how he was so late spending time with other patients so I felt as if the long wait could be justified. Once he finally came into the room he was nice, at first. He explained generally (very generally) my diagnosis, and all things I knew already. He then began quickly going through worst case scenarios (in his words "10% chance situations") in order to "remove" the cancer in a cold, rude, and emotionless way. I was upset by this information on the procedures I would have to have so I began to quietly sob. This seemed to infuriate the doctor as if his time to speak was so important and I was not to interrupt with my blubbering or else. I could never think of a more horrible way to find out about possible treatments. I would rather travel across the country before I saw this guy again. Oh and did I mention when I asked him how many of these types of surgeries he had done he responded, "I stopped counting" and then I said okay just on average because I am curious, and he responded in an even more narcissistic and rude manor, "I wrote the book on this surgery" . I went to an allergist who recommended Dr. Kerr. When I saw Dr. Kerr he did a nasal examination and recommended septoplasty surgery. He took the time to explain everything very well and wasn't at all condescending or pushy. He told me to give it some thought and call to schedule an appointment for the surgery if I made the decision to have it. I am not one to just jump into surgery but in February after continued breathing problems I decided I wanted to have the surgery. I called on a Monday to let them know I wanted to schedule a surgery. I got a call back message that they needed to check with Dr. Kerr to see if I had to come in again before they could schedule the surgery. I heard nothing back so I called again and left a message that no one had called me back and I needed to hear from someone. A week went by and no one ever returned my call (and still haven't) and I got to thinking - suppose I did have the surgery there and had issues-- would anyone return my call?? So, despite the fact that I liked Dr. Kerr I decided to find a new ENT doctor to do the surgery. I found another doctor who had great reviews and they immediately set me up for an appointment.

The 1st time we…read morehad a 5min conversation and I paid $114 and he set me up the 2nd visit for ct scan that I received a letter it was covered by insurance and allergy testing which I did not need again & I paid $75.76 there. I called today to get a receipt and she said oh by the way u have a balance of $469.. for what?! They did nothing for me. Doctor told me keep doing what I'm doing unless I want allergy shots. So I'm supposed to pay $700 out of pocket for what?? Not happening. I'm a nurse and I know medical things can be expensive but 2 visits and I'm the same as I was before no different.

I would not recommend this office, or more specifically Dr. Kerr, for newborn tongue or lip tie…read morerevision after my 5 week old's recent visit and procedure. Dr. Kerr initially stated he felt there was no need for either procedure. As a mother who breastfed my first child through an oral tie and subsequent revision, I was adamant that my newborn had an issue that needed correction. After "speaking with a colleague" he returned, reluctantly offering to perform the procedure on my child despite telling me it would be the first time ever done for this reason. (Which is frankly untrue and demonstrates his lack of furthered education on correcting oral ties.) Less than 24 hours after my daughter's upper lip frenulum was released, breastfeeding has become 100% pain free. The figurative "icing on the cake" was Dr. Kerr's passive aggressive placement of the summary portion of a single webpage he printed from the internet next to our paperwork. This printed page came from a website that cites ZERO peer-reviewed medical journals backing their claims. Dr. Kerr and his unnamed colleague are claiming expertise in a field where they are touting outdated information and lacking furthered education. After seeing my child's pediatrician again today we were encouraged to seek a second opinion about the posterior tongue tie Dr. Kerr overlooked yesterday at our appointment. We will not be returning to his practice, and I encourage you as a parent to do the same for the sake of your child, your breastfeeding relationship, and their future oral and speech health. The office itself was clean, staff welcoming and friendly, and the wait time was short which is why I'm giving 2 stars rather than zero.

I'm a nurse, and worked with Dr Odom during his residency. I was so impressed with him, I remember thinking "if Dr Odom opens a practice locally--I'm going to HIM!" Thankfully, that was the case. He's very smart, he listens, and then provides thoughtful, quality healthcare. His Nurse Practitioner, Erin, is wonderful as well. They stay very busy! Book early--they're worth it!!

They were very honest and let me know it was actually something else and not my tooth, which I really appreciated. I ended up having a few visits for other things, including a cleaning, and every single time the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had Dr. Habib, who was absolutely phenomenal. He's very kind, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff, which made me feel really comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the billing. A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well. To be fair, that could be more on the insurance side than the office, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will continue going back!

This high level of service and concern carries through the rest of the office in every step of the process. Inarguably dental needs for mo st people are among our highest anxiety causing medical procedures. Comprehensive's staff Doctors including Elizabeth Rojas and Andrew Martin and assistants, Trey Ford to name one, are acutely aware and sensitive to this and offer constant reassurance and updates as to what they are doing and timing in the current process. While dental work is costly the expense at Comprehensive is offset by, as is included in their office's name, the provision of comprehensive services, making costly and time consuming referrals unnecessary. I must admit that the extent of procedures currently planned are the result of 30 years of neglect on my part but knowing that all of the work will be carried out by one staff in one location make the experience easier. I had some horribly painful new fillings from another dentist in town (*cough* hack job), and they were causing jaw discomfort. They were not smooth at all, and the fillings were too high, causing issues with my bite. I'd been back three times to have assorted messed-up fillings fixed, to no avail. Dr. Van Dyke's team was super sympathetic and found a small window of time for me the next morning. I came in with my nerves totally shot and feeling a little gaslit, like maybe I didn't actually have problems with my teeth, but I was imagining them at this point. Dr. Van Dyke sat me down, took a look and completely agreed with me. He took what little time he had and fixed my bite, and smoothed out another filling that was bothering me because it was left rough. He noted that the high filling he fixed had left one of my molars loose (!!!!!!!!!) and asked me to come back for a follow up a month later to see if it would "tighten up". All told, he made me feel better that I wasn't crazy AND he fixed the problem for me. I left feeling vindicated, much happier and more at peace with my mouth in general. His staff was so sweet, patient and kind and the office itself is nicely appointed. It's clean and quiet, which is very soothing. Many people fear the dentist, but Dr. Van Dyke is gentle and kind and I would recommend him to anyone. PS I went back a month later and the molar is fine now :)
