Emailed the day prior to the meeting. No response. The day of the appointment, I waited for Mike to show. The appointment time passed by half an hour so I emailed again to ask if he is running behind or needs to reschedule. It is now two days later and I have not heard back. Poor way to run a business. This is likely an indication of how the work would also proceed, so I guess it's best to know up front. Feel like I probably dodged a bullet.

The Lawn Guy who advertises moving help for jobs, "big or small" with "guaranteed satisfaction" and…read moreservice "with a smile" was rude and nasty when I simply inquired about a flat rate quote on a small moving job. Instead he could have just told me his rates. He clearly doesn't understand professionalism in small business or that word of mouth can make or break a business. I would be uneasy about hiring someone so disrespectful. I mean, how would such a nervy-mannered person treat your valued posessions when moving them?

Contacted them 2 weeks ago and was told that they would have someone come and take a look and call me to let me know what they could do or give me some recommendations as to what I could do. Nothing! 3 calls later and still nothing. Last call I made I was told it was "winter kill" and it was beyond their control so obviously there was never any intention of coming to take a look at it. Terrible customer service. Funny how this "winter kill" only effected the sod they laid in the front as I picked up sod from a different local company last summer and installed it in my back yard myself and it looks amazing this spring. Terrible experience and the worst customer service. If you are looking for sod I would suggest going with someone else that takes more pride in the product they are selling and cares about the customer service they provide.
