Pics don't lie, as it is your word against the company. Walking to this location just off Speyerer Strasse is a breeze. Its about 12-kilometers from the Heidelberg Train Station. They also ran the computer diagnostics because there was an intermittent issue with the dashboard auto-dimmer. Everybody I dealt with was super cool and nice. The mechanic spoke great English to walk me through the options if I wished to switch the car´s electronics to European spec.

Recommend! I bought my car here after I re-located to Germany. The biggest issue I had was the…read morelanguage barrier - I was lucky that Daniel spoke great English and was able to help me through everything. I did my test drive and so then we sat down to design my car. If you're new to Germany, be warned that you don't typically drive off the lot same day - if you're getting a new car you will typically need to spec out and design your car. So we did the design and negotiated the price and my order was in. I then needed help being walked through the intimidating (but I'm the end not too complicated) process of getting insurance, registering my car and then going to the factory to pick up my vehicle! My car was delayed because of COVID, which was a bummer but it was nice that I was able to get it before the country shut down! Since getting the car, Daniel has been really responsive in answering any questions I had. The only minor concern I had is that none of the paperwork was in English, so I constantly had to use a translating app or Daniel so I knew what I was signing. Still, I might just be an Audi owner for life now!

I have a 2001 suzuki bandit 1200. It was not running and I needed to get out and see germany on a motorcycle! I was able to rent with them, and it was a great experience every time. They started me out on smaller bikes. I was happy to be on one. After returning the bike with out damage, topped off with gas and on time, I was allowed to rent bigger and faster bikes. I worked my way up to a 2007 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade!!! Careful on this one!!!!!!!!!!!!! Safe and sound back to the shop.
