I have been considering get my eyebrows micro bladed for a long time. I was nervous about picking the correct artist to do it and very hesitant about the price. Well let me tell you any one who reads this review do not walk run to this establishment to get it done. The artist that micro bladed my eyebrows is truly amazing and worth every penny and then some. The entire staff are extremely nice, professional and amazing when it comes to recommendations. Today I just did the micro blading but I have an appointment to go back for my hair. There are not enough words to explain how happy and beautiful my eyebrows are now. I feel like a super model. I did the math and the eyebrow pencil I was purchasing one a month for the last 2 years was twice as expensive then getting this service. It is beyond worth it and she is an artist. I'm a skeptic. I never get a haircut I am satisfied with and I'm nervous every time I sit in a salon chair. I live near Celebration but have never been to a salon close to home. I searched the web for a salon that specializes in cuts. I am older and don't color my hair anymore. So I was not looking for a colorist. Diego had really good reviews so I scheduled an appointment ON LINE! The Werner Coiffeur website directed me to Booksy to schedule. It was super simple. I got a phone call about 45 minutes before my appointment. Diego was a bit behind and they asked me if I could come a little later. They didn't want me sitting in the salon waiting for him. The cut is WONDERFUL! It's what I needed. Diego did an incredible job. He studied my face and listened to what I needed. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and reassuring. I recently relocated from CT and everyone knows that means searching for new salons, doctors, vets, handyman, etc. It's stressful to say the least. I'm so excited that I found a Kerastase salon in my neighborhood that is completely amazing! I scheduled a highlight and cut with Joelma and she did not disappoint! My hair is fine and thin and can easily be damaged with the wrong care. She recognized this and adjusted our appointment to make sure we took the time necessary. She then gave me the best haircut of my life! The team at Werner is a family in every sense and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I understand little Portuguese but they translated and had me laughing along with them. They were so much fun! I would highly recommend this salon. I have been going to Diego for 2 years. I should have written this long ago. He is WONDERFUL! I have been there when a young man came in from CA. He planned his trip to get his hair cut from Diego b/c he liked it so much the first time. He is kind and pleasant and is so professional with his cuts and styling. He listens and never cuts too much - he will go back if you want it shorter or layered.. but never has he cut too much. His coloring/highlights are what he gets right every time. He is busy but he takes time and tries to fit everyone in. I just left and I'm so happy again. He is from Brazil and he speaks enough English but it's nice b/c there's no frivolous talk of nothingness. .. Just getting your hair right! I have sent my son and husband to him also. I've waited a little over a week before posting my review. I was very happy to start with, but I wanted to ensure I was still happy when having to style it myself. And, I am. I needed blonde, but not too blond. Long, because I like it, but not too long because it falls flat. Layers for volume, but not too many because then my hair gets too frizzy. I felt like the most high maintenance Goldilocks ever to step foot in the salon. I moved to Celebration about 9 months ago, had already been to two other salons, and just wasn't happy. This salon was comparably priced, did a much better job listening to what I wanted, and then gave me a great color and cut that I can let either style myself or let simply air dry. Grey roots and a bad cut!??...I entered Werner with these two great problems. I didn't have an appointment but they said they would work me in with a Master Colorist Diego. He was not only a master colorist, but also an exemplary ninja with his scissors. Do you ever have those situations when you know it's time to give advise, and then let the perfectionists do their work- This Salon is gifted with having both Diego, and an entire team of Diego's! it's a joy when you tell a salon what you want with your hair and you get exactly that AND some other hair magic you that you had never expected. I am from NY visiting Florida, and I cannot say enough nice things about this establishment. I went for a wash and blow dry. Did not expect such high end treatment, a wonderful head massage and amazing blowout. Janie has got to be one of the nicest people ever and very talented and loves her career. Last time I did my hair was several months ago, and I've been wanting a new haircut. Actually I came Orlando for holidays, then I decided to have my hair done here. I looked at Yelp's review and chose Werner. It's very clean here and the service is excellent. Very easy to make an appointment and the hairdresser is great. (Sorry I forgot his name). Very professional! I went to have my hair styled as soon as salons were allowed to open again. Only one client was allowed in the salon at a time so they could wipe down and sterilize everything in between. Diego cut my hair. He did a fantastic job.
