Blue Wolf Properties is owned by James Wolf. When you see either this business name or his name,…read moreturn and run! Mr Wolf is well known throughout Cumberland County as a "hands off" landlord- as in he will refuse to repair anything in your property. And I mean anything. Plumbing doesn't work? He'll say it's your fault and not repair. Bug infestation? He'll claim you brought the bugs with you and won't fumigate. And if you repeatedly ask him about getting repairs done he will find a way to evict you, then hold your security deposit for repairs. The Carlisle Borough knows him by name and chuckles when you tell them he's your landlord- because they've had to deal with him so often. His properties are usually in horrible conditions, that's why he can rent so cheaply. Multiple complaints against the business over many years, ongoing issues with building codes. Does the minimum to prepare property to rent, then will not fix anything after you move in. The website states "quick repairs made"- well, only if you do them yourself. Do not take my word for it- before even thinking about renting from this company/owner do a background check on him. Call the Carlisle Borough office and ask. Go to the County Clerk's office and ask for ongoing lawsuits involving him/business. Ask the neighbors in the surrounding buildings about him. Do a Google search. CYA, because he will make your living situation a living Hell. Run, do not rent from this business/person!! Had to give review a one star because you cannot give ZERO stars. Or less than zero.

Yesterday Our trashcan was taken and when the maintenance guy and super showed up, they verbally fought with all the other tenants about the trash agreement, rather then address the missing trashcan. When I was finally able to get a word in edgewise, the maintenance man proceeded to insult me to the property manager in the midst of me talking. The problem was never resolved, we still have no trashcan.

If you are tired of boring, predictable apartments and want a place that keeps you on your toes,…read morelook no further! I spent two years with this leasing company, and it was unforgettable. First of all, they are incredibly dedicated to animal conservation. My apartment was a thriving sanctuary for mice and cockroaches. They were everywhere! It was so immersive that the kitchen cabinets actually came custom-engineered with built-in tunnels in the back, ensuring the local wildlife had 24/7 access to all shelves. Because of this luxury, I got to upgrade my lifestyle to 100% airtight plastic containers. Who needs a pantry when you can live like an astronaut? If you value your privacy, you'll love their surprise "VIP Pop-In" service. Forget annoying emails, texts, or phone calls--nothing wakes you up better in the morning than opening your eyes to find the landlord physically standing inside your bedroom! It completely saves you the hassle of setting an alarm clock. Finally, their maintenance team is remarkably eco-friendly. By completely ignoring every single maintenance request I submitted over a two-year period, they successfully reduced their carbon footprint to absolute zero. They never once set foot in my apartment (unless they just randomly decide they want to come in with no email or text), which really allowed me to embrace self-reliance. If you love slumlord energy, a lack of boundaries, and sharing your bed with critters, sign a lease today! Personally, I'd suggest staying as far away as humanly possible, I have rented a lot through college and my early life, but I have never seen true slum lords like Sterling Property Management!!!

Within hours of sending the signed agreement back to Evan, he sends back a response saying he was sorry but that my "property further, it does not meet our current needs." Then why send a purchase agreement with a very specific purchase price just days prior!?!? I'll tell you why: Bait and switch. They now aren't just sending ridiculous low-ball offers, now they are using high offers to get you to engage them, but then they'll Jew you down. Don't recommend doing business with them!

This company is a scavenger company. They will offer pennies on the dollar for what your property…read moreis actually worth. In my case, they offered to buy my 9 acre undeveloped property (that I'm not even interested in selling) for $11,000. The assessed value is $80,000+. Comparable sales in the area for raw land of similar acreage is $200,000+. Basically, these scavengers will offer you a ridiculously low price and if you're stupid enough to accept, they will give you your meager pittance and turn around and sell the property for fair market value and pocket the profit. That profit should be YOURS, not theirs. Don't get suckered. If you have property you're looking to sell, work with an actual, licensed real estate agent, not a predatory vulture company like this one. Matt Werner, you're a slimeball.

The buyer's agent was also from them. At closing they charged them all the same fees as I paid. What a scam. But I signed with them.
