Just took in 7 shirts. I remember seeing a dry cleaner in the US who charges $2 per item. Let's bring that consumer friendly pricing in to Canada!

When I picked them up today, one heel was so mangled and damaged, that the shoes are now completely unusable and unrepairable. I was absolutely shocked! I demanded my money back. The owner/repair person maintained that this damage on the heel was there when I brought the shoes in. That was an outright lie. I had to argue with him to get my money back. He did refund me $20.00. The shoes were purchased new for $500.00. His shop is a disorganized mess and very dirty. I should have known better. He doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I will never be returning.

It's run by a husband and wife and they are super-friendly and helpful. Recently, I had a suit there for cleaning that I needed a day early, but couldn't pick it up. I phone them about how I could get it in time and, not only did they speed up its cleaning, but the owner offered to deliver it to my home (2 miles away) after the store closed that day (amazing service!). I definitely want these guys to stay successful in my neighbourhood, so I recommend them to anyone that I can!
