I think there may be Prozac pumped into the gorgeous PINK facility, because everyone is so happy and chill! (after my visit I realize that this is b/c "Doctor Joe" is such a sweetie, gives you plenty of time and attention and HELPS YOU!!!!). I signed in, per the sign, on the computer. I waited for almost a half hour before inquiring about my appointment. They spelled my last name wrong, a common mistake for me, unfortunately - an i before e thing . . . I then was taken to my table and waited for Dr. Iannelli for about 20 minutes. I played on my cell, but there was a sign to not, plus to relax. Okay, I put my "pacifier" away as instructed. In floats "Doctor Joe." What a doll baby. (I'm biased to Italians, I must admit - "we" are warm and loving people (in general!). We talked in depth about my issues, concerns, and overall health. He explained exactly what he would be doing (ie - adjustments). He was spot on about where my pain was and told me the exact corresponding vertebrae - so wild! I am very much into alternative medications and holistic healing. Dr. Iannelli gave me post appt instructions and warned me that I might be sore the next day, etc. I followed my instructions (icing and laying flat on a hard floor for 3-5 minutes b/f bed) and even went to bed 1/2 hour earlier (I have terrible sleep hygiene!) and woke up FEELING BETTER. NOT my imagination. My range of motion was much better and my pain level probably went down from a 9 to a 6 ? I can't wait to go back on Saturday - not even kidding! ps - got a business card for a free ten minute massage :)

I went in for a scheduled 10:00 therapy session. I was called back at 10:38. Prior to my…read moreappointment I was very clear that I have a very tight schedule and a hard stop for 11:00 am. Additionally, I expressed the treatment I was agreeable to prior to my appointment and the reasons why. Instead I was greeted by Dr. Derek with another sales pitch. I get very turned off by sales pitches. I don't believe it is patient centered. I'm mindful of my time and expect others to be as well. As a practitioner I don't recommend multiple interventions to my clients because it is important to measure the effectiveness of one. The office was very chaotic. I associate wellness with calmness. I don't know if I have ever experienced anything like this before. I lost valuable time from my work and being in pain did not help the matter. I believe in the practice of efficiency and respect when dealing with clients. The wellness center is lacking in both areas. I am a researcher and practitioner who is not sold on anything offered in the moment. The push to sell me something I was told about a minute in my conversation with Dr. Derek was alarming. My decision making process is not impulsive. It is aligned to the best practices supported by research. I also have excellent insurance. Prior to my visit I confirmed what my insurance would pay for because of my medical history only for Dr. Derek to add it to the $6000 treatment package. I did not accept the package. I was given a 10 minute PEMF session in a small less than comfortable room with other patients. This is an absolute no for me. I rather pay for treatments at a place where I sense authenticity from the doctor and where my time is respected.

I have been going to Dr Delany for over a year now... I couldn't imagine any better chiropractor…read more Let me start off by saying that I had my doubts about seeing a chiropractor. I have heard mixed things about chiropractors over the years. But an intense round of tennis last summer left me with the worst back and neck pain of my life. I received Dr Delany's info from a co-worker who was currently a patient. I was shocked that Dr Delany didn't want to do anything to me until he was able to go over an xray of my neck and back. A year later, I only see him every few weeks(or when needed), but a recent experience led me to write this review. The other week, I tried to schedule an appointment, but because of work and 3 young children at home, my schedule is incredibly limited to do anything for myself let alone see a chiropractor. Long story short, I was able to set up a session with Dr Delany hours before the office opened. He came in(drove through a monsoon too) just to give me an adjustment that I needed. He even said I could settle up the next time I came in during my regularly scheduled appointment. Wow... who does that anymore?!?!?! Bottom line... I've learned over the last year that Dr Delaney really cares about his patients. He will go out of his way to make sure that you are comfortable.
